Honnestly worst Indian I have ever ordered from I wouldn't rate it a star, the rice was dry. There was so much oil I could have re cooked a fresh and better Indian myself using the excess oil, the chicken tikka tasted more like a korma I will not be eating here again Service: Take out

We regularly order takeout from this restaurant and have never had any issues. The delivery is always early, the service is efficient, and the food is tasty. However, last night was the best meal we've had yet. We ordered our usual dishes - vindaloo with keema rice, lamb bhuna, and mushroom rice - and both my wife and I noticed a difference. It was absolutely phenomenal and tasted amazing. Keep up the great work! Rating: 5/5

We were visiting Bottesford from the Southeast, hoped the previous review about cooking from a book was slightly harsh and decided to give the India Spice a go possibly the worst ‘curry’ I have ever tasted. Or rather, not tasted that is the problem, the food is not reminiscent of any Indian curry I have ever eaten. It’s more akin to a packet of Uncle Ben’s rice with some sort of bland sauce covering it. I have genuinely made better curries myself. This restaurant makes the supermarket’s own brand curry offerings look 5 star. Save your money and instead, take a short drive to Grantham where there are authentic Indian restaurants.

What an absolute gem of an Indian restaurant, superb food and amazing service by Maz and his team. We traveled from the other side of Nottingham, this was our favorite go to Indian restaurant but due to the long journey time it is not always possible, however this will be changing, we were greeted by Maz like old friends and we ordered the full three courses with drinks and coffee. We ate everything on the plate the food was delicious, I can't remember the last time we enjoyed a meal so much, we talked about it all the way home and we are not easy to please.
