Great takeaway 1st time we have tried this place, the food was excellent and very tasty the monkfish and prawn and salmon curry was sooo tasty as was everything else Delivery was bang on time Will go for a sit down once we get over the misery

Booked a table for 6th November. Arrived to find restaurant closed with no explanation as to why. I will not be eating at this place in the future if they can't be bothered to contact me to cancel my booking. Sadly I can't rate them as zero stars.

Came here for my niece's birthday party, enjoyed every moment of it, the food was amazing and well presented, the staff were very professional and made us feel welcome, will be recommending this restaurant to all my friends!! Definitely coming again xx Ver carta

Last night, we ordered takeout from Spice Island and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was really tasty, even the pickle tray had a great selection of dips, salads, and sauces. The starters were delicious and the main dishes were excellent and well spiced. Overall, a highly recommended dining experience with top marks all around.

Honestly, I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, my rice was served cold, and my starter order was incorrect. Due to the long wait times, I didn't feel comfortable complaining. Additionally, I was informed that I could not receive an NHS discount due to the "Eat Out to Help Out" promotion. On a more positive note, my daughter really enjoyed her meal.

disappointed we are both key workers looking for a well earned treat on our one night off together, i collected it on the way home shame we had some items missing when i got home, i rang them they said they would send a driver with the item, then 15 minutes later they rang saying they had no driver and it will be a hour, any problems they will call me, it is now the next morning and still nothing, so we had curry without the rice not exactly the night or meal we had planned and we are out of pocket Ver carta

We really enjoy dining at this restaurant on weekends - it has become our local favorite. We recently brought our family here and they also had a great experience. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. They have good options for vegetarians, including quorn. The only minor issue is that the staff do not wear face masks, which is different from other restaurants. This may have changed with the new guidelines this week. You can also bring your own alcohol. Overall, we highly recommend this place and the staff.

Just had a fantastic meal delivered to Parkside. We always order from Spice Island as it is, without doubt, the best Indian food in Stafford. HOWEVER, they never send enough mint yoghurt sauce. Even though we had poppadoms, a starter and a Tandoori main course, we didn’t get any mint yoghurt. This has happened so many times before that I even asked that they ensure there are 3x mint yoghurts. Sadly, again, none. This is the only fault I can find with this place everything else about them is brilliant. Food is 2nd to none, staff are brilliant (we had a works for there on Tuesday and it was ace), delivery is good just need to get the mint yoghurt right

Ordered three meals on a Thursday evening. It took almost TWO HOURS!! When I called after an hour and a half they explained they had a busy restaurant and the meals would be 10 minutes. When the meals finally arrived almost TWO HOURS after placing the order, it was very clear they had lost our order. What we received were 2 meals with exactly the same sauce one had a touch of mango chutney to make it appear different. NOT AT ALL WHAT WE ORDERED!! The other meal had a whole EGG in the centre!! My teenage son was in total disbelief and to say he was disgusted is an understatement. Thankfully, he doesn’t have an egg allergy!!
