Springwater - Carta

Springwater do not welcome families with younger children. They do not supply high chairs and expect you to carry your own throughout the restaurant. Really disappointing as this used to be one of our favourite places to eat.

we just had a great night in the springwater. the staff are friendly and attentive and look forward to additional vegan starters. (5 out of 9 of us are vegan). the options are varied and we always go to home feel full! a beautiful relaxing atmosphere...for a family to catch up.

The food was served very quickly at this restaurant. It was always hot and delicious, and you could have as much as you wanted. They did ask that all food was finished before ordering more, probably to prevent waste, which I thought was a good policy. It was a nice meal for a birthday celebration. Ver carta

The food was delicious, the staff was very attentive, they went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs, and were friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, made fresh and served promptly. The all-you-can-eat option for £25 per person is a fantastic deal. We tried a variety of dishes and they were all outstanding - we didn't leave a single bite behind! Despite the large size of the restaurant, the service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. We visited on a busy Saturday evening and the place was packed, but the atmosphere was lively and the staff were incredibly friendly.

We had a table of 13 on saturday 2nd april and all i can say is we wont be visiting again. The food was very slow arriving, the staff seemed to get mixed with the tables even though they had big numbers in the middle...and were food was given to other tables. When speaking to the manager about the service he didnt give a dam, just walked off saying nothing. To many people for the amount of staff. interested in clearing tables rather then serving the ones that were occupued. Very disappointing Ver carta

We visited 2nd april 13 off us, the satay chicken sticks we very chewing and not a great quality. The service and attitude was simply shocking . The so called manager come owner walked off when I was suggesting he hadn't enough staff on the...floor at times there was no staff on the floor. 2 hrs 40 min and 445 later. Only mistake was actually paying . They didn't give a jot. Speaking to friends it appears that the place as gone down hill . I won't use them again that for sure. Read the reviews and find some other place would be my guidance. Shocking, disappointing and in fact disgraceful customer services.

visited this restaurant on a very busy Saturday night. the restaurant is absolutely huge and despite all endless birthday songs and cake parades, the employees were efficient and very polite. eating was delicious enough and there were many gluten-free options, but. I didn't think it was special. if they have the ability to eat like a horse and can the benefits of "all can eat" courses then 25.00 per person is a bargain. if they are not excessively large and not like everything that is debrised in salt, then it does not seem so much. as I said, the staff is excellent and I couldn't blame them, but I'm afraid I won't come back.

I went here with my family on the 11th March 18 in total , me and my husband come her a lot ,and it has always been lovely , however this time the service was non existent, we had young children with us and they...seemed to just be hindrances to staff , we complained at the time and was ignored, until we paid the bill at the end and it was 2:50 short !! We spent over 400 that night and they called us back because of 2:50 , we asked to speak to David the manager on 2 occasions and was told by his wife he was busy , she was rude just like the staff , I was shocked at first , but then very annoyed that why I have put on this review , we shall not return again .
