travelled 12 miles to get here as recommended, every since i got here there just rude didn’t say please or thank you for money etc the only kind one here was the cleaner

Food was decent This lady was very rude, made me uncomfortable, gave us warm water, snatched money out my hand I recommend not visiting when she’s serving Food was good though

The hot water wasn’t working which meant no tea, coffee or chocolate. CocaCola was served in its own bottle with a straw, no glass offered. Ice cream Sundae was served without a napkin.

Staff were rude, refused to let us use the toilets because “they had already been cleaned” how they went about the situation was very rude and they have toilets they can use but paying customers couldn’t use the facilities????

Lovely food, I mean it’s chocolate waffle with ice cream who wouldn’t like it Staff were a bit hard to work with when ordering as they didn’t really listen and missed half off the order Student discount is good Toilets were disgusting

Wow!...just WOW! Row upon row of delicious gelato ....and not one spoonful to eat! Tried to order and the guy on the counter looked at me as if I was speaking Swahili then just looked out the window. I wasn't of course but then I wasn't a nineteen year old blonde student ...just a pensioner. We just walked out something very wrong here.

This used to be a nice friendly place when it first opened many years ago. It has really gone downhill. It was a sunny, warm day so it should have been busy. It was empty. The gelati looked horrid, full of yucky ingredients and bright colours. In Italy this business would have gone bankrupt many years ago. I agree with other reviews, the staff were rude, dismissive and cold as the ice cream. What a shame!

Terrible Portion Sizes Coming from London I’m used to expensive prices and small portion sizes but this place takes the cake (or shall I say cookie dough)! I am used to sharing cookie dough but this was terrible, the cookie dough was tiny and the ice cream was equally as small. Forget sharing, it did not even fill myself up. I was left dissatisfied and having to pay £10 I was shocked. I’d advise in future they label it as a mini-cookie dough in order not to deceive the general public.

I made a simple online order of two cookie doughs with some extra toppings when i arrived i had my order number on my phone however the lady behind the till either wouldn’t accepted or didn’t know how to accept that as proof of order so she gave inconsistent replies until she just asked what our order consisted of then before i’d finished my sentence she cut me off and said 5 minutes, after which she had given me two plain cookie dough without my toppings and therefore taking the extra money i had paid for those toppings. 9/10 food but 1/10 service
