"I fully agree with the recent post about the girl with the dark hair (not to be rude but just so people know who she is, the one with the very noticeable gums). Sneers behind the counter with other employees and snarls at polite customers. Appears to be somewhat mentally disturbed. Can 't say much about the effeminate boy on shift with her either. If I were their manager, I would fire both of them as I will never go back there and will advise others not to either, unless it 's to do a training course in how to not act in a customer service role. I have noticed this 'lady ' being rude in the past too. She needs therapy and is taking up the job of a decent person somewhere."

Servicio excelente, la chica que me atendió fue muy amable, el lugar estaba limpio y el café exquisito. Todo estaba tal como se espera en un Starbucks. Pedí un capuchino con caramelo "pequeño" (que en realidad es grande) por 4€. Ver carta

Gran producto y excelente atención en Starbucks. Todo el personal es maravilloso, especialmente Cristina, quien fue encantadora y nos ayudó mucho con el menú. Definitivamente hemos vuelto, es nuestro Starbucks favorito en Madrid.

¡Cristina y Álvaro han sido increíbles! Es un placer ser tratado por personas tan profesionales y cercanas como ellos. Incluso cerca de la hora de cierre, nos prepararon 5 batidos con su mejor sonrisa y amabilidad. Gracias por todo.
