Waited for the food for 80 minutes, which was no one of the staff. As we complained, we were told that this is their standard and that we had no idea what to do with gastronomy. Extremely unfriendly discussion and insoluble hostility. Too expensive to insult and clean the table itself. Never again, not recommended.

I used to like Stazione Paradiso unitl today. We waited ca 90min for our food, as we complained, we were treated rude and told that we shouldn't come back if we didn't like their standard. Three different staff members gave us the same unprofessional reasoning. One of the worst experiences in terms of hospitality in Zürich. At least the spare ribs were tasty.

Cool, casual location under the trees, there's always something going on and you can watch what's going on around you. Delicious food offerings and a nice selection of drinks. The Statione Paradiso is simply a part of summer (even when the weather isn't as good as in the photo, it's cozy). It's self-service, unfortunately the staff is rather slow (but friendly).

Ich bin gerne bei schönem Wetter für einen Apéro hier. Der Vorplatz ist gross genug, man findet immer einen Platz. Getränke holt man an der Bar, welche im alten Bahnwagen untergebracht ist. Essen wird auch dort bestellt, man erhält eine Nummer, die ausgerufen wird. Service ist viel besser als früher, auch bei grossem Andrang wartet man nie lange. Die Stimmung ist urban, nebenan wird geskatet, mir gefällt diese lebendige und trotzdem gechillte Atmosphäre. Ein wenig wie in den Ferien. Essen habe ich nur jeweils Apéro-Sachen bestellt, der Erbsenhummus war sehr gut und es gab auf Anfrage kostenlos mehr Brot dazu.

An einem Sommerabend einer der coolsten Plätze in Zürich um zusammen mit Freunden zu sein. Allerdings ist das Personal nicht halb so cool wie die Location und öfter mal damit beschäftigt, sich selber zu zelebrieren, als sowas wie einen Dienstleistungsgedanken an den Tag zu legen. Wir sprechen von einem Self-Service-Betrieb mit auch für Zürich sehr saftigen Preisen.Störend allerdings die Latino-Band welche zum drölfunneuzigsten Mal von Besame Mucho bis zu den Gipsy Kings alles abnudelt was die Durschnittsschweizerin unter "Latin" auf ihrem ipod gespeichert hat. Sehr billig, sehr laut, in meinen Augen eher überflüssig. Die sanitären Anlagen sind eher ein Witz. (alles in Relation zu den Konsuma...
