The meat had a bold charcoal flavor, and although we ordered it medium, it was almost cooked to silence.

Since fish and chips often only is served at pubs where children is not allowed to visit, go here and eat delicious ones!

It’s was really good steak and nice ambiance. It would have been perfect if they mention on the menu that the steaks are grilled.

The service was quite unfriendly. I had to remind the waiter several times to bring items like water and sauces. He wasn't very helpful with menu recommendations, especially since it was my first time there. I ordered a medium steak, but it was overcooked. Overall, the steak was disappointing and not worth it.

Arrived 10mins before booking, was told to wait (which is absolutely fine) however the staff member(I believe she was the manager) who informed us we’d have to wait, she was very rude that we were early(again don’t mind waiting). We then weren’t seated until 10mins after our reservation. Once the rude lady had sat us down we had our waiter introduced himself and he was brilliant throughout our meal. The food was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my cocktail.

Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The starters were all interesting and not disappointing. For the mains, the steak was excellent and cooked to perfection. The sides were also excellent. Unfortunately the lobster was disappointing. The meat was removed and cooked with the mac cheese and then the whole mixture was replaced in the empty lobster shell. This totally subdued the taste of lobster and the cheesy taste was too dominant. Difficult to tell if the lobster was pre-cooked or cooked live. The shell was small and hopefully it was not re-cycled as the head and claws were missing from the presentation. Apart from that, enjoyed the steak and everything else. Will definitely eat ther...
