Steak Co Piccadilly Circus

my first visit to the family. the personal was really friendly and accommodating. the steak was great and they woke up for halal what was amazing. the drinks were also amazing and the staff really cared for us despite us that we appear earlier than expected. excellent location and atmosphere.

great steaks and excellent service! loved the hot stone experience, it is perfect for all who want to cook their steak exactly as they like. various spices were also great and we enjoyed our steaks through. the staff are very friendly and our server dace was very attentive and friendly that made our visit! would highly recommend this restaurant.

Friendly staff and the ambience was good. However i found the salad overall were a little bit too dry for me, it should be added more dressing and less fried onion to balance the taste and the steak was overcooked as we ordered medium rare. Overall the taste was a little bit too monotonous. For such a price we'd expect more than that. But the Lobster mac and cheese was really good :

we were looking for steak and stumbled on this place. within a minute of going to the first gentleman tied up a table amd a second was ready to sit us too. they took us the time to explain to us first timer how the hot stone experience worked and it was nothing less fabulous. faster, friendly service, amazing Tastimg food and the drinks were also fabulous. highly recommended, it was not disappointed.

absolutely amazing experience were the employees extraordinary of the beautiful lady who greeted us at the door to take us on our table and then another table when we mentioned that we did not like where we were placed and finally to the manager who went and above to surpass fantastic customer service. we felt so welcome, also appreciated and really enjoyed us. the food was fresh hot and really delicious and definitely not the money over price like other places! keep them the good workers we will be back next year in any case as we were promised a bottle blows! many thanks x

First of all, absolutely great staff. I think she was the manager who makes me throw another star for it. She was very thoughtful and well-organised person. I ordered steak, fish and chips and chicken dish. The food was over all a bit.. too salty. Children's menu is very good value though. (I recommend an Onion ring it was so good!! Bit of shame that the company get rid of the Hot-stone steak which I think one of the most iconic dish from this company. On a Saturday afternoon, we walked in without booking since it was last minute and no table was available online. Luckily they had a table for us, but the lower ground dining area is quite small. The tables in the are all tightly placed together using the same sofa , so you are eating very close to strangers. But otherwise, the food was terrific and the service was great. It can get quite draft-y since there tables are immediately in front of the entrance, the dining area gets quite smokey with people smearing their butter's on the hot stone to cook their steaks, so if you are wearing very nice particular clothing or going out after, be conscious of this. The location is great and the overall vibe is nice, it 's definitely a pleasant restaurant to be in. We sat outside and enjoyed the traffic passing by, but there 's plenty of seats indoors too. The first waitress we had wasn 't particularly interested and didn 't seem to want to be serving us, but the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating. Pros Friendly staff, and very attentive! I subtley looked over my shoulder towards the kitchen. And instantly overheard the servers say 'the section over there needs some attention '. Very good! The steak will be cooked perfectly as they use a sort of Japanese 'yaki niku ' style where you get a hot stone, and your meat pre seared. You cook the meat to your preference. Great service!
