Don't bother. Service is slow (but friendly) and the food is uninspired and flavorless. Any of the other establishments on the same street is a better choice.

My partner had a schnitzel, it was like something from the frozen foods section. Salad was bad. Service was friendly though, and they have wifi.

Good steaks in Mitte. Went here with a friend who also has tried a ton of steak places in town. I was pleasantly surprised. Wasn't out of this world good but he steaks were well made as were the sides. I had a simple 200g Rumpsteak with a baked potato. It isn't up to par with the Bird for example but it was better in my opinion than Block House. We sat outside so I can't say much about the interior. Service was quick and very pleasant. If in the area, I'd go back again. Ver carta

I went here last night with my girlfriend. The service overall was pretty bad, our dishes and open seats were not cleaned up. It had a kantine vibe. Further, my girlfriend ordered expensive 2 king prawn sticks. Instead, she got tiny shrimp on 2 broken pieces of 1 stick. When complaining, we were told they switched providers and this was their solution. The mixed salad and fries were also badly cooked. Also keep in mind that none of the dishes include sides (salad, fries,... so the actual price ramps up quite fast.

La Parilla is nice, cosy restaurant in the center of Berlin, it was placed right next to my hotel, where i stayed during Berlinale festival. We were there a big group of people, so we had separate room just for us. Most of us ate steaks (including me , meat was very fresh and really delicious, served with bunch of vegetables and french fries or baked potatoes. I can also recommend baked camembert as a great starter. We all had no objections about service, which was fast and very pleasant and we were was that waitresses spoke well english, so it was easy to comunicate. To sum up, La Parilla is especially if you're a fan of good grilled steak : D.

Great Gods of Mt. Olympus!! I don't know how this place stays open. I went with a friend here and ordered Kangaroo steak (never eat Kangaroo meat) and she ordered the lamb. Both dishes were less than average. The lamb was better than the kangaroo. The kangaroo was borderline inedible extremely tough to chew and didn't taste good anyways. All in all the food was sub par. So why one star? It took 25 minutes to seat us when the place was half full. another 25 minutes to get to ordering, another 25 minutes to get the food, and after we finished, another 20 minutes to get the waiter to give us the check. So 95 minutes of torture. Wow!!! Avoid it like the plague. Ver carta
