El ambiente era pintoresco y cálido. Tuve el Filet Mignon y fue sazonado a la perfección y cocinada a un medio perfecto raro. La papa al horno era deliciosa y los pimientos de Poblano necesitaron una pequeña sal, pero de otra manera fueron dinamitarios. Nuestro camarero puso accidentalmente ... los pimientos en mi plato, aunque mi esposo los ordenó. No es un gran error ... pero un poco de contratiempo. Nuestro camarero era Rene .. Este es el mejor restaurante para filetes en Dresde. FILET MIGNON ¡Al menos ellos saben qué es es muy suave y jugoso! La ensalada de jardín también es la mejor de la ciudad. Por lo general, los alemanes no prestan atención a los pequeños detalles, pero la cocina en este restaurante le recuerda mucho a un poco de influencia francesa en la disposición de los alimentos, la calidad y las porciones no tan enormes y sabrosamente dadas como de costumbre en los restaurantes alemanes promedio.
