"I have been going to Café Stein for years, recently less often. The food is generally decent to good, portions are fairly big and prices fair. (Although, having said that, don't order the ham & eggs, they are super dry and not very tasty.) They claim to have a separate smoker's section which in principle they do: it is separated from the non-smokers by means of a glass wall with a glass door. This works fine until the lunch crowd hits the café and waiters need to go in and out of the smokers' section. Despite asking to have the door closed several times it kept being open. Reason? Well, they were so busy and had to run in and out all the time so they couldn't possibly be expected to open and close the door every single time. I beg to differ. When I left the café after 3 hours, I had to change clothes because everything smelt of cigarette smoke. And I didn't even sit close to said door."
