"Das Sparta ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Das Restaurant wurde im Innenbereich mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet und macht jetzt auch optisch einiges her. Es ist sehr gemütlich und lädt einfach zum Verweilen ein. Im Sommer kann man super draußen im „Biergarten“ sitzen. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam und absolut freundlich, ohne je aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Essen schmeckt immer sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier auch die gute Qualität der Lebensmittel. Da das Restaurant sehr beliebt ist, ist eine Reservierung (am Wochenende auch schon eher ein paar Tage vorher) zu empfehlen. P.S.: Unbedingt die Metaxa-Soße probieren!"

"It was good. Service could be better. We would have liked to order drinks more often. And it would be nice if the waiter 1. the glasses do not touch the top of the edge and 2nd from time to time looks more friendly or smiles (except for the tip, there it went). A little intense."

"Alles voll trotzdem noch einen Platz bekommen. Die Chefin und Annika geben alles und das zeichnet das Ambiente mit Aus. Wobei schon der Teilüberdachte Biergarten sehr positiv rüberkommt. Gerade wenn es sehr warm ist und es vorher noch geregnet hat. Das Essen, tja was soll ich sagen... Sehr sehr LECKER Bratkartoffeln und Sülze dazu ein Rotbier. Preislich ein Niveau da kann selbst der Geizigste nicht meckern. Kulisse ist ein Tipp für all die, die nach Altenburg kommen, die hier wohnen und all die, die auf der Suche nach echter Gastfreundlichkeit sind. Hier wird es gekonnt gezeigt, gelebt."

"Going to the place was just the right thing. The waiters are very nice and you will be very well advised. The appetizer white bean soup) was simply heavenly and is recommended. The main dish the fish plate) is a dream, but here you should not underestimate - this is very big. You don't need an appetizer to create them. The taste of the dishes is spicy, which I find very tasty again. It is very well matched by taste. The ambience is beautifully decorated and fits perfectly. The prices are very affordable so you can afford it all and again. From me/our there is full score. Thank you very much and we look again!!!"

"the restaurant is located in a former hat factory (real, true) opposite to the distances of a lake near the bridge that leads to the island. the interiors reflect a somewhat dated Italian restaurant. the service was excellent friendly and very attentive. after we. our order has been abandoned, we were served a free aperitif style drink and a free small dish (in our case a sweet and egg cherrine). my starter was a tomato soup. it was well prepared and tasty, although an additional part of the whipped cream appeared in a fried teig in the bowl easily dated. the net was generous in portion size. I had fed a classic saltimbocca nicely and tenderly. Although the ham had been beautiful and crispy, he was drowned in the sosse. the salmon was broken and deep fried, but it was delicious as anything else on the table. overall it felt like a timepiece in the past with real silver cutlery, correct alignment and the respective service. the interiors showed that this was on the way down. Although the menu appeared a little dated and showed a tendency to deep frying, eating at the end was beautiful and tasty."
