I have had a negative experience with the customer service at this restaurant on two different occasions. The store owner is impolite and hard to communicate with. I recommend going a bit further to Tesco Express for a better meal deal, where you will also get more value for your money. I will not be returning to this restaurant for a third time. Bad experience here, asked for a 6” sub meal 3 times she said ok.. got to paying and was surprised at the price so after paying I ask for receipt. Reluctantly gave it to me on the third time of asking and I checked to find out she put the items through separately not as a deal.. I looked at her straight away and she was already looking at me with a face that says she knows exactly what she did. Stingiest subway I’ve been too. Service: Take out

The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible and is a small shop. The prices of the food have increased significantly, so I will be dining elsewhere for £9 or more in the future. I wish I could have understood the server's accent or felt more welcomed by her. However, the other customers were pleasant and helpful, which was a nice surprise. I couldn't access the wifi or use SpinFor Rewards on my own network, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience. Service: Dine in.

Ordered 2 footlongs ones burnt to a crisp !! Other full of salad and barley Any meat at all the guy serving me couldn't even speak English or understand it I genuinely had to shout at him after he attempted to put garlic oil on my sub rather then gherkins I asked for 4 times! Only stopping when I raised my voice then the assistant came over and said he's training 3 or 4 times ... like it was all my fault the memebr of staff couldnt understand me ! Hmm training on making a sub or the language? Sort it out subway won't be going back . Ver carta
