"Sat 25 November: AWFUL SUBWAY. I always notice this Subway is more quiet than the other food shops on Union Street so thought I'd go in for some peace and quiet. This is where the good things end. The restruant tables clearly HAD NOT been wiped down since brefaskt time. (It was about 12 when I went in) and to top if off THE BOTTLED BEVERGE FRIDGE WAS OFF/BROKEN! So my drink was awfully warm. Why didn't they warn me about that or I would have opted for a cup dispenser drink instead."

Two tomatoes, barely any lettuce and charged £4. The bread is tiny and squashed. Do yourself a favour and head over to Tescos nearby and get a meal deal instead.

After entering this place I found out that they only prefer cash. Weird. It was dirty inside, even though it was early in the morning. I ordered takeout. The food didn't taste or look like it should. Waste of money. This place deserves a 0 rating

Paid for 2 x cookie only receive one, paid for a foot long cheese garlic slice and got a 6 inch. Paid for pigs in blanket and the order turned up with no pigs in blanket but a bag of wedges in a replacement but I would have wanted a refund. I want to be refunded for my order that is missing/incorrect Ver carta

Food awful, minimal salad, hardly toasted, wish i took a picture to share. Didn’t have what we wanted, and then I chose from the set menu and didn’t get what i ordered which i was annoyed about. The server did a quick job and walked out the back. Burnt cookie. Overall not impressed at all. Should have just walked up the road to the other one.

Thats the worst subway in the town. Wanted to order a saver meal but the guy had no idea. Then i ordered a garlic cheese steak, and fortunately i was watching, he was giving chicken instead of beef. Again, he mentioned they dont have the sauce! What do you mean no sauce? And cant believe i paid for that! Horrible experience. And the environment was dirty.

"Koocha, while hard to get a booking at, is 100% worth the effort! I would recommend the oyster wings above all else, I was considering ordering a second portion. We ordered two large plates and two mezze between two people, which filled us up plenty. We also got some cocktails which were lovely, and since we arrived early we got the two of the same for £15 deal. The staff are always lovely too, and while the place is small and intimate, it was never too loud for conversation. The only downside is that a lot of the menu is often unavailable, which is a shame, but everything we did order was delicious, and there was still plenty of choice. Edit: Since going back I have found the whole menu has been available so I think they have resolved any supply issues! Updated from previous review on 2023-08-28"

"got here! no warning. best food! booked a table of a recommendation from a friend, mistakenly appeared early, the host greeted us and sat us as soon as possible, really inviting. we asked for additional starters and they were happy to make the adjustment, and I don't even think they added it to our final bill. eating came in good time and was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. I loved the wobblebhaji. we had free poppadome 4 different sauces and a dessert to share. this is by far the best service I have ever received and I personally was not a fan of Indian cuisine before I came to visit here, I am rebuilt! will definitely return. the whole food is beautifully presented, tastes exquisite and the team are so beautiful, polite and have a little laugh with them!"

"Firstly, a text to check we are still good for the table is a nice touch. Great greeting from these lovely people when we arrived. The food was really nice, no it's not cheap but you shouldn't expect it to be. We enjoyed a host of dishes, the bread with dips the pepper one being our favourite. We had the croquetas, small but tasty, some beautiful potatoes (can't remember what they were), that might be the sauvignon blanc making me forget. We also had the sea bream, the belly pork, the octopus and squid salad, the chicken thigh skewers and the duck to name a few. We also had a selection of puddings including a cheesecake and a rich chocolate torte, again very nice dishes. I really enjoyed the food and there was a good vibe from the team and the customers, wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"This is a very cozy restaurant with just about 10 tables, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. The food is absolutely incredible; I've been here a few times, and each visit has been fantastic. The prices are quite reasonable as well; my partner and I can enjoy a meal and drinks for around £40 total and leave feeling full! I suggest trying a selection of smaller dishes to savor the range of flavors."

"we have been enchanted by fed for a long time, making it perfect to test our luck and see if they would accompany our high time when we plan it in 2019. Of course, everything was delayed, and fed went through some test times, challenges that they not only raised, but hurled through, and we are so happy to experience them from strength to strength and as for the high time. Oh, my, they delivered! the planning process was exciting, collaborative and competent, and the delivery was exceptional. we promised a table full, and we did. the food looked nice and tasted even better. we think about it a month later, and our guests too. many thanks, charlotte, ross, lottie, elody and the whole team that give their hearts in us the unforgettable spread and experience. they are all superstars, and we will soon be for our usual bananenbrot tahini brownie toastie oat flat white combo! theny paul xxx"
