Depends who you get serving you as to how happy they are. Sometimes 5 stars but they do have their 3 star staff too.

Edit on the 07 June 2022. Still could do with a tidy up more often. Other then the issue above it was a subway, so pretty consistent with the rest of them.

They do not serve coffee after 5 o'clock. I have been here a few times and each time they have given me the same response - they stop serving coffee at 5 o'clock!

Real bad food poisoning whilst pregnant, I had days off work and all I was offered was a free sandwich. Didn't change their gloves once either whilst touching most things. I tried emailing to complain but it's all copy and pasted messages

The food is mediocre at best, with prices slightly higher than advertised. The staff is poorly disciplined, often wearing earbuds while working, and lack of care for customers. The customer service is minimal, and the atmosphere is dull and lifeless, mirroring the uninviting store.
