"for many traveling, including us, a railway station is the first place you perceive on the day of arrival. one might think that it should be a “failure sign” of a city, only right if it is the capital of the country at the same time! if I should be honest, in a contest for “prestige” as they are partly “marketed” would have been really destroyed in a few times from the per se no “goodness price” would have been obtained before that if it was known that it would have been a “fuse” since the 1960s, it is just a glass metal box that I could not even light up because maintenance work was carried out on the outside front and that was covered with scaffolds. but the railway station as such offers significantly more than its outer “shell”. the hbf is an important transport hub that not only has a regional meaning, but a nationwide and was even in an international perspective! before the number of Southeastern parts of the continental had heard eu, there was a “compulsory stay” for me, because there was the best change option here to get further into one direction or another. in my case is this first “recognition” as one can imagine several years de back. even then before the 2000 years, my experiences had been more pervaded, but later more! at our last visit in Munich, we could first call ourselves “children”; only at the beginning and at the end we have made a longer time at the “head” where most of the suits are the same as I have been for us. a railway station is a place where a stetes come and goes but also because the regional commuters and traveling as we come together. In between, however, there are certainly so many things because of the business gastronomy here, which also find worth mentioning, even though I have only got them at the rande. within the building complex can be quite long, I find a pity that partly a proper signage is completely missing. as I have already made myself “small” in the field, I knew about where he will lead us, but as we know it also depends on the details that can make a smooth run. in some days we came like the proverbial lemmings, which only follow the great mass that comes ahead... so that it is possible at all, you use different transitions to reach the goal of the city. as mentioned in most days rather in the “covering” underground, where you can switch between the subways. the same applies to the local ticket sales of the local association with its declining there, about which I wrote last year. travel can be so beautiful, but if you have to ask “What is this?!” at the platform on the departure day, and the way in which the railway is going to introduce a chaotic impression, then one in the case negative is more than appropriate! I know from my own experience that you should stop at db on “ surprises”. that's what we're celebrating all the more. We have arrived at the laborious hbf, because we cannot know how the situation is present. Nevertheless, the other people have also cost us a lot of nerves, because they have come to a completely “irsty”! in the case of a changed “weighing” it is digitally communicated via a display panel in the “normal case”. after the motto “Why easy, if it’s also cumbersome “, this was cumbersomely chaotic! on the one hand, at several hundred to pass on the narrow pathway there was hardly any possible way to get forward. in the more than 30 min. which remained until the descent, it was said to change 3 times to section x! several hundred meters before and then the whole return again: p! we were, but the families with small children or older travelers, they really did us so sorry. during the return journey, they were also looked at what would be truly avoidable from me! I can't say whether it was a “exception”, but it had left us these two impressions! the structures were created at a time when the travel was a privilege of the upper layer. when you look at the pictures from this ära, I will be a little “sentimental” because it had charm, in contrast to today. However, if one leads the “internal values” in front of the eye, such a head station with its support elements is not so bad... the one in a little is one of the few in Germany that I personally know. somehow it is a “world” and for itself! theoretically, if you have so much time before your own train should come, you could be “driven” there, because there is something to be offered. that has been part of when you want to get drunk, their price. what really had annoyed me decades ago and last time repeatedly, that despite there is a paid toilet, this is not occupied at all at the “official” opening times: the door was closed even at midday, which should not be that complex for us, but most of the away one could have been in short despite that. on the various levels there are other shops that we have gradually driven to do so, so that the empty goods are not unnecessarily guided. in the basement are then to find the s and u tracks that we used at most days. However, it must be borne in mind that, depending on what one wants to achieve, a longer waiting time must be expected up to 30 minutes! at least at the point the signage was better than it had been shown in the rest of the railway station. such a place where there is a stetes coming and going, you can be viewed from different perspectives in order to get an entire impression. with the necessary distance, this was also possible with me. so I find that at the place a solid 3 appears appropriate, even if not everyone has to share my view!"

it sucks. I arrived at the train station at 24.00 clock and the train went by 4.53 clock. I paid almost 260 euro and they don't have a closed waiting area, cold cold, they don't even let them sit in waits. Germany is a really badly organized and dismantled nation.

the Munich main railway station is very large. But this means that one has as a traveling one who arrives there for the first time and has to be on a next train for the first time. the signage is in need of reconciliation. If you have been there, you will find some nice locals where you can spend the waiting period.

we're three days in a few minutes to see the city. this main station was the first location we visited in Munich. we were very surprised by the size of the building. Unfortunately, it's almost too big, as you have to run a lot to reach various in the train station. there are many restaurants where you can quiet your hunger.

this year with the ice sprinter connection from berlin to mouth and also back. the train ride an experience and also super on time. despite its size, the railway station is well signposted. we were also able to bridge our waiting times in good gastronomic support. so I imagine a good distance station, also the cleanliness is to name positiw.

for years (10 years) from one to m has been rewritten. have the last train from m to a, signage very confusing, only prove at the railway ab pasing, once a short incomprehensible passage for traveling hbf to pasing, should they take leis 2. no indication that the leis 2 is in the underlying round, no indication that the S-Bahn they should use, only nothing.

on my small trip in Munich, of course, I was also at the main railway station. the ding is very big so you can quickly lose the overview if you don't watch. to the happiness there is a good sign that you get well and find every train. at the main railway station in Munich there is a crowd of shops, restaurants and caffes. As with many other main railway stations in Germany some shops have also opened here on Sundays. I find it very practical. also the connection of the farm is good, so you can get anywhere.

What do you want to say to a train station? it's just a train station. there are suits. sometimes also on time: the main railway station is not only a hub of the German railway, but also many connections from neighboring countries end here. connections to the city and the surrounding area offer trains and buses and trams that hold only a few meters in front of the railway station. in the train station there is always dense driving, but it is still quite clean. Waiting times can be bridged with a large offer of snack bars and small shops. because I have found nothing that clearly lifts this station from others, I only give moderate 3 points.

the busiest railway station of the price class 1 is a real place for me. almost everywhere, especially where the pavements are. only in the middle floor the train station looks a little better. at the moment the railway station is rebuilt and you can only hope that it will look better. a large manko is that the wing stations are not directly connected to each other. So if they want to come from salzburg and go after garmisch, they have to run from one side to another for about a quarter of an hour and hope not to be overrun by others. at the time there is also only one lift that transports one into the middle floor. there is then another lift into the deep plane that brings it to the S-Bahn.
