I had salad?!” my main dish consisted of spaghetti in a tasty Gorgonzola sauce with pieces of swaying. the latter would not have been hurt a few minutes less in the pan. but this is at a high level to whistle. on my teller, there were no fading atacama desert in sticky form, but only very lean and very bad at the point of Brazilian meat. my opposite had penne all’arrabbiata, which looked very excellent and seemingly sound. "Auf Grund der guten Bewertungen zogen wir aus der Altstadt los, um dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Ein etwas chaotischer Empfang wurde von meiner Frage nach einem Aperitif zur Ratlosigkeit gesteigert. Dann kam der gastfreundliche Chef und begann von Tagesgerichten zu sprechen, um unvermittelt abzubrechen und in die Küche zu eilen. Er kam so bald nicht wieder. Jetzt waren wir selbst ratlos, und die Kellnerin brachte die Speisekarte mit einem guten alkoholfreien Aperitif. Um die weiteren Tagesgerichte zu erfahren, eilte die Kellnerin zum Chef, der aus der Küche nur einen Fischnamen rausrief. So weit so originell. Jedenfalls lief die Bestellung nun ähnlich chaotisch ab, immer im Disput zwischen Chef und Kellnerin, die eine große Geduld besaß (wie wir, die wir allmählich den Chef zu coachen begannen, damit er etwas weniger hektisch werde).Um es abzukürzen: der Abend verlief in dieser Art weiter, die Speisen waren nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht wirklich gut (teilweise überwürzt und entweder zu durchgegebraten oder kalt). Die Getränke kamen irgendwann oder gar nicht und die Kommunikation war immer chaotisch. Schließlich gab uns der Chef recht viel Nachlass auf die Rechnung und entschuldigte sich für die Fehler (wobei er eigentlich der Kellnerin die Schuld gab, was wir gar nicht fair fanden). Wir diskutierten beim Heimgehen, ob wir dem Lokal noch eine zweite Chance geben sollten und meinten, nein. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, wieder auf solch ein Desaster zu stoßen, ist zu groß. Bei aller Freundlichkeit des Teams fanden wir sie nicht liebenswerte Chaoten. Wir zahlen lieber einen vollen Preis für gutes Essen und guten Service."
