"Service: Depending on the personnel it varies. Last time on 06.10.2013, arount 14 o'clock, there were two Turkish speaking impolite and unprofessional waitresses: 1) the waitress had very unclean clothes on her 2) had forgotten to lighten the candles (until I reminded her) 3) Two of them were talking and working all the time very loudly and while asked to pay due attention not to disturb the customers, started to oppose, saying in an impolite ton as they were doing their job 4) While getting the orders the unclean waitress didn't look the customers into the eyes as the were addressing some spirit in the room. So, to make it short, our last experience with "Süsswasser" was very negative; mainly due to behavior and unclean dressing of an impolite Turkish speaking waitress*. *Explicit mention of a Turkish speaking waitress is just to differentiate between her unpleasant behavior and and the others decent ones."

Visited with my parents while cycling along the Elbe. Great views, the service was friendly and relaxed. The menu isn't very large, but doesn't need to. Nice atmosphere

Un buen lugar en general, con buena comida y una vista agradable sobre la playa, el río y una terminal de contenedores. El servicio fue muy desatento. El camarero que un hombre estaba charlando con otros clientes sin mirar en otras direcciones.

La comida que teníamos Pannfish, Matjes y Ensalada con salmón era delicioso y el precio es apropiado. Fue maravilloso poder sentarse afuera con vistas al puerto y había mantas cálidas porque era un poco fresco después del atardecer. ¡Siempre feliz de viajar desde Barmbek! El servicio fue bueno y atento.
