"quando ho sentito parlare di gnocco fritto, la connessione è obbligatoria: Penso sempre e solo il vecchio pergolato ovviamente non sono l'unico a pensare in modo da, per riservare un tavolo che dovete prenotare con alcune settimane prima, tranne la domenica sera, quando le prenotazioni non sono accettate. quello che viene chiamato antipasto nella maggior parte dei casi costituisce l'intero pasto: un grande cesto pieno di gnocco fritto affumicato, pronto ad accogliere fette di carne fine e formaggi. tazza, cruda, salame, spalla, ma quella che è più esaltata a contatto con il gnocco fritto caldo è lo zool culatello: Divertente! il posto è rustico e in mano, tanto che il gnocco fritto viene mangiato su asciugamani di carta, senza piastra. se dopo l'antipasto avete ancora l'appetito, non mancate i tortelli della casa, con salsa ai funghi, o il pi tradizionale e fata."

"Pizzeria TOP per vari motivi: prima di tutto ho tante allergie e intolleranze e ho apprezzato tantissimo mangiare la pizza senza stare male! Poi l'impasto è buonissimo ma soprattutto leggerissimo e digeribile al massimo. Ho acquistato da asporto e sono stati gentili e puntuali! Calcolata la qualità della materia prima (per molti ingredienti sono locali a KM0! il prezzo è giusto. Penso diventerà la mia pizzeria di riferimento"

"personally one of the best pizzas in piacenza and its surroundings, easy to reach. served on the wood cutting board is very good, with an elongated instead of round shape. if they want them to eat, even what they call cloud very soft, that ample spicy and soft teig, which is served with a coat of about 1/4. the personal is always ready and with good weather there is also an inn to eat. reasonable prices."

"We booked a table for 8 to celebrate new year 's. Luckily for our wallets it was only 3 men and 5 girls, otherwise we would have kept on picking more and more bottles out of the plenteous wine list (that was by the way a selection). My wine of choice was an unreal pinot nero, that I 'm so looking forward to drinking again very soon. Let 's get back to the food: amuse bouche was a very nice oyster made with a salad leaf, bread crostino and a quenelle of codfish and potatoes. I would say it was a little fishy, considering that i had only meat after, but it was delicious. My choice of starter was a very abundant portion of foie gras with dried fruits and pan brioche. I would say that the truffle shaved on one of the slices of the bread was a little too much for the palate, a lot of wonderful tastes sometimes can diminish the whole flavor, but considering this as an osteria, that 'll do. My main course was something I 'd call a culinary masterpiece: saffron pistils risotto with veal sweetbreads and shaved truffle: an explosion of extremely well balanced tastes that will hardly leave my food memories! I dont think i have ever had a better risotto. To close my new year 's meal, a chocolate variation that i regret not taking only for myself, as I decided to share it. 2 side notes i must give as a skilled professional in f&b: the wine opening and taste is a ritual that must not be skipped or forgotten, so to say wine is ok to me ain 't enough. The table setting was simple and beautiful, the room was a little empty, perhaps some more decoration would be nice. I 'll be a returning and devoted customer, starting from the opening day of the enoteca. Can 't wait to share a bottle with my wife next spring! Thank you!"

"The burgers are exceptional, but too big to bite into, so much so that you are forced to cut them with a knife in an unnatural way. Bottom line, I got my clothes dirty because the sauce got on me. The single napkin provided with cutlery doesn't help. As for the pizzas and beers, both excellent. Prices perhaps a little high, but these days and in Piacenza it's not easy to pay less than by going to McDonald's or Burgy.
