This is already more than scandalous the first problem that arises is the following; If you are this overwhelmed, you should no longer accept orders. We can 't just take orders, bring in the and fulfill the orders two hours later, this is a restaurant right?? Fast food, right? There is no piece of meat on the fire with different cooking methods for 133 customers seated. Yes? After 2h15 of waiting the order is finally ready (a small dessert to apologize, even though it is a meal for two but it 's not the right one! Fortunately we realize this, we have to wait for the order again!!!!! And now 30 minutes later the order is finally ready! I think it’s a bit expensive (80. !!!!! for such a meager meal after a 2.5 hour wait! I don 't understand why orders continued to be taken despite the chaotic situation in the restaurant, even the customers on site were not served and left. I don 't understand why after so much waiting there isn 't a commercial gesture commensurate with the damage being done. So I understand that reimbursing a portion to customers immediately is not feasible but a discount voucher for next time would be the MINIMUM to restore the customer 's confidence and to at least be forgiven for this more than excessive wait. I hope that this comment will be useful in thinking about restructuring because soon it will be the reputation of sushishop in general that will be damaged and no longer just that of the restaurant in Lausanne. If customers are so unimportant then consider changing jobs"

Can't imagine they dare to serve so poor and low quality products. Has less value than a sushi from supermarket. Meals are served in plastic, everything is in packages, fish and veggies are low and cheep quality for a high restaurant standard prices I'm glad I won't come back

By far, the worst sushi place I've ever been too. Service is below zero. They treat you as if you were a burden. If you decide to eat on the spot, be ready to wait, since it became much more a take-away kinda place. And the most important, is that the suchi do not taste good and do not look anything that's on the brochure.

I ordered 2x on ubereats and 2x the order was wrong. Missing and wrong items. The refunds offered are not satisfactory because they are below the lost value (already paid! .
