Sweet Sushi - Carta

Great sushi, friendly service. Overall a great experience. We had starters and sushi and both were excellent. If you visit, you should try their crispy maki rolls! ????

sushi average, sushireis unfortunately too filthy, fish enough with moderate quality. no sushi highlight but for a quick dinner in order. dimsum were tk and correspondingly okay. pickup time was 40min instead of 15min.

the sushi was as always top. 1a quality. Unfortunately, the pick-up times at lieferando are never suitable for what is currently going on locally. that must be really better and optimized by lieferando. Waiting is sometimes a shame! Ver carta

Das Sushi ist sehr lecker und teilweise etwas ausgefallen. Die Bedienungen sind auch sehr freundlich. Leider wirken sie teilweise etwas überfordert. Wir mussten die Frauen mehrmals auf fehlende Speisen, Getränke etc. aufmerksam machen und dann wurde es immer wieder vergessen.

From the outside you are not expecting to eat such great sushis. The are not only good they are also quite different from other sushi restaurants especially the range of asparagus products. You should definitely go their. What could be improved? Some music and a larger smile of the waitresses.

Although the space is reduced and usually quite packed, they have done a really good job using it up completely. You might have to share table with other people, but we booked couple of hours before and got one of the smaller but alone tables. The sushi is really good, not too expensive, and with a big variety. They also include some vegetarian dishes and they have English menu. Cool place to go! Ver carta

Last night we asked concierge at our hotel to recommend a good sushi restaurant. On his recommendation we visited Sweet Sushi. We realized once we got there it was the same restaurant we had stumbled on a few years ago that we could not remember the name. A few years ago it was brilliant but last night the food was outstanding. Everything is beautifully presented. Although the restaurant is tiny it holds quite a few tables. It is not a fancy looking restaurant but don't be put off because their food is top notch. We had about a 20-30 minute wait for a table but well worth waiting for. We will definitely be going back. Excellent value for your money too.

Du bist verrückt nach kaltem Fisch und saurem Reis. Du liebst diese grüne Paste (wasabi) und den hauchdünnen Ingwer? Und wohnst zufälligerweise in Köln oder Umgebung? Glückwunsch!!! Denn hier findest du das beste Sushi Das -Sweet Sushi- gehört tatsächlich zu meinen lieblings Sushi "Restaurants" wenn es NUR darum geht Sushi zu essen."NUR" weil das Lokal immer rappel voll ist und die Atmosphäre/das Ambiente leider nicht zum längeren Verweilen einlädt (viele Leute auf sehr engem Raum, minimalistisch eingerichtet -ganz einfache Hocker und Tische, hektischer Service, laut). One of our travel commandments: eat the food that reflects the culture of where your trip has taken you. In other words, don't go to China and look for great pizza, don't roll into Germany and go for sushi. There are exceptions though and this is definitely true of Sweet Sushi in Cologne, some of the most enjoyable Japanese food we're had anywhere. Our stay in Cologne was short and we went here twice, once for sushi and a second time for cooked Asian/Japanese entrees.The range of types of sushi is large, the types of seafood less so (I would imagine being in Cologne, sourcing some of the more esoteric fresh fish & seafood for sushi is a challenge).
