"This little place serves (or sell take out) excellent American style pizza. So go there if that´s what you want. If you´re looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza suggest you try there. Good, fresh ingredients. Very tasty. Speedy. Good service. Great finished product. We ordered take out recently and the manager checked our order against the finished product...spot on....perfect. get the feeling they are really trying to proved good customer service. nice little place to eat in and exc website to order on line....right down to confirming time pizza´s ready for pick up (or delivery of course) not cheap, but certainly not overpriced. Thanks guys...best in Bitburg presently. we´ll be back soon."

Certainly not bad, just...average. Pizza and pasta, so that's nice. Service is friendly enough, but not superb. They do deliver though, and that's a treat in this area!

Vegan options are very rare in this region, so I was happy to learn about these vegan pizzas. they can order their own or a veggie pizza with nutritional yeast cheese. the cheese could be better, but it's okay.

The pizza and salads are always fresh and delicious. Delivery is quick and the service is friendly if dining in. But if you order a spicy pizza, be warned, they're heat scale on a 1-5 is entirely true. The man at the register warned me, if figured it wouldn't be spicy like everything else in Germany. I was wrong. A "5" is ghost pepper hot and unbearable.5/5 would cry eating a spicy pizza again.

My go-to favorite is the deep dish Chicken and bacon pizza, appropriately (or stereotypically) named the Texas, is delicious.They deliver, but calling in for a pick-up will normally yield a modest 15-25 minute 'setting down the phone to pizza in face, wait time.'It's a little on the expensive side, as Christoph's pizza in Spiecher is similar, but I live closer to Bitburg and I've never had any complaints about Sylvie's.

We stopped in for a to go pizza order. We placed an order for two pizzas and waited about 20 minutes. We picked our order up and headed home, about 20 minutes. My husband ordered the "fat boy" it's a thick crust more traditional American style crust, which comes with double pepperoni and extra cheese. I cannot tell you how disappointing it was to get home with the wrong pizza. What could we do? We paid for the extras and he receive a thin cheese pizza, with a vegetable on it. My pizza was correct, but nothing ruins your dinner than the wrong pizza!

This week was the second time I've eaten at Sylvies. The prior time was on a visit 22 months ago. On that visit, they overlooked my order (which had been paid in advance for) and we waited for over 1.5 hours for our pizza. I was travelling with two young children (ages 2 + 4) and it was a terrible wait.This week, as we were visiting the area again, we decided to try Sylvies once more. The pizza was terrible and I also order spaghetti, which came baked and dried out. Not fit to eat. Avoid this place. They are trying to pander to Americans. Don't buy it!
