"We were very satisfied for years, but in the last two years the quality and service has been greatly reduced. With our last three orders (always directly via our own homepage) something went wrong each time. Once we got a completely wrong order and had to wait forever for the new, right. The other two orders were delivered too late or not at all. On telephone demand it was always said: The food is just delivered and should be right there. You always had to call and ask again."

"Mit 22 Personen waren wir zur Geburtstagsfeier geladen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und bekamen unseren Aperitif, wobei jeder sehr zügig zufrieden gestellt wurde. Von Anfang an hatten wir unsere Ansprechpartner am Tisch, wobei sich auch die Chefin meldete, uns willkommen hieß sind uns einen schönen Abend wünschte. Der Service am Tisch war sehr professionell, dezent und sehr aufmerksam. Mit 22 Personen nach der Karte zu essen ist eine Herausforderung für Küche und Service, auch das wurde sehr professionell gehandhabt. Die Bestellung lief ruhig und dezent. Auch so, dass beim Servieren keine Fragen entstanden wer was bekommt … Dies war sehr angenehm ! Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Dessert wurden mit angenehmen und kurzweiligen Pausen serviert. Gerade beim Hauptgang bekamen wir nahezu gleichzeitig unsere Speisen, obwohl das restliche Restaurant auch sehr gut besucht war. 1/2 Duzent Weinbergschnecken, Zwiebelrostbraten und zum Dessert eine Eis-Merinque…. Sehr gut ! Tolle Fleischqualität, wie gewünscht auf den Punkt Medium … Krabbencocktail und Dorade auf der Haut gebraten, voll des Lobes meiner Partnerin ; Auch sonst sah man nur zufriedene Gesichter. Nach einer sehr netten, herzlichen Verabschiedung hatten wir dann einen rundum schönen und gelungenen Abend. Und das wichtigste : ! Das Geburtstagskind war sehr zufrieden und freute sich über positives Feedback seiner Gäste."

"Super Hotel . Rooms have been completely refurbished. Very good mattresses, very spacious. We would have a Black Forest room with a view into the valley staff as well as homeowners very courtesy and nice. Breakfast was all the best, there was nothing wrong with it. Lunch or dinner a la Carte , there came the “can” from Chef Koch to the plate. Very good choice, with fantastic food. Wellness had to be ordered, but no problem was,that came to the agreed appointment,and was very good. Sauna was preheated on request.That was pure relaxation and tranquility.
