Beautiful winery with large selection of Italian wines on enomatic system (4 enomats every has 8 bottles). 16 wines were local including ripasso and amarone. There is nice selection of italian food. Last night I had dinner at this restaurant I found by chance on the internet. The place is intimate and well looked after, and the staff who welcome you make you feel immediately pampered. Excellent and particular food with attention to detail, for the wines we were advised by the highly trained staff who have no shortage of professionalism. By far the best restaurant I’ve ever been too. Marco (the owner) takes the time to explain what goes into the food and how they cook everything. He knows about every wine he sells and can answer any questions you have. You can see the love and care that go into everything at Symposio. If you are in Verona, it is a MUST VISIT. We went to this little place for lunch. Welcoming location, very kind staff but the biggest surprise were the dishes that combine traditional flavors with the most creative and contemporary cuisine. The cream puff as a starter and the Chef's gnocchi were exceptional. The very friendly owner Marco told us and entertained us with stories of his travels around the world. The restaurant is located in the center but away from the chaos and this is certainly a point in its favor. Pleasant and highly recommended experience!

This authentic Italian restaurant offers freshly made pasta and desserts, created to perfection. The explosion of flavours, the careful and meticulous preparation of every dish tantalized by the ingredients made this a regular go to place. One of the very few places I have ever seen where wines are properly stored and attention to detail is the standard. Congratulations to the staff for making this place one we will never forget and a MUST VISIT for ANYONE visiting Verona! You have to try the tiramisu my daughter had me return multiple times just to eat that specific dessert. Beat in Italy that we have had! Ver carta
