"I went here today at about 1900. Whilst I was there (with my friend) we saw staff members bringing boxes out of a white transit van that was parked up outside, into the restaurant kitchen. We then saw a member off staff wheel two silver...metal boxes outside to the van. As he did so, one box fell from on top of the other. To our surprise, about 8-10 cooked ducks fell out onto the ground!!!!!yes they fell out onto the pavement where dogs have people have spit and god knows what else has shown its presence there. The MORE shocking part was that the guy then scooped them all up and placed them straight back into the silver containers with the other duck that were still in there my friend then approached (who we assumed) was the manager and informed her what we had seen. She cursed the man in their language, but no one took the dirty ducks out and binned them. We decided to leave, and again my friend approached them about the dirty ducks. She then informed us that he will bin them at the other side!!!!! We could only assume this dirty meat was going to be used in their other branch which is in Greenwich. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I CAN ONLY ASSUME HYGIENE IS NOT THEIR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY...."

Terrible...just terrible. Staff are rude, food is bland (I didn’t even know it was possible to make Chinese food flavourless! , stale atmosphere, grubby tables floors. I’m sad I will never be able to get the time spent here back!

Came here last Saturday before heading off to the new Catford Mews cinema. We ordered sweet sour chicken with meat noodles (was a special on the table) with spare ribs and pork dumplings. The main dishes are big enough for two to share no...doubt. You do have to know that this is takeaway quality Chinese, not a fine dining restaurant. The food comes out in a matter of minutes and is steamy hot. Would 100% come back again as very good value for money! Ver carta

I tried the mixed meat udon dish, and the deep fried spare ribs, and all very nice. The main dishes are all about £7, and one dish is enough for 2. Food is very fast and hot, and the room is set out with long...tables and benches, a bit like Wagamamas. The only dishes missing is any Thai curry, or any dim sum. But there is an extensive list of nearly 120 dishes, wine is available, at about £13 a bottle, and bottles of Carlsburg at £2.40. Great value for money, open from 11.30 am, till 11 pm, families welcome.

Bad service that does not meet current guidelines. I ordered a little dish and a drink as I had time before I met a friend. It was shocked to wait for a counterclock in the current climate. I also had to ask for handsanitisers to be refilled. When the food arrived, no cutlery or napkins were provided. I had to go back to the counter to ask. The last one seemed surprised I needed cutlery to eat. I delivered two more tables without cutlery. The employees were more interested in feeding family who had arrived than looking for customers. The food was fat and disappointing.

Went with my friend, we'd play basketball all day, showed up in Nando's, they told us to wait 20 minutes for a table. Absolute injury. We dived in Tai won My, took a place and surfed in the menu. Unimaginably extensive, but we knew what we wanted. Sweet...and Sour Chicken (HK-style) with roasted rice. Nice staff came with the food. Legendary court. Portion size was immense. Would recommend this to everyone at Catford Endz. It's just cash, so get your wallets full. It's incredibly convenient for the portion size, so don't worry if you come to an empty stomach. You've reported. Ver carta

This restaurant has been here for at least 17 years, although I belive it has changed hands a few times. Previously, it was tasteful food, good portions and good value for money, I can honestly say the only thing it is for them...now the portion size. Service if you can call it the rude and abrupt, they only accept cash (?! and the atmosphere is dead. The food is honestly tasteless, at this occasion (the last time I went there for a ride and asked for duck in oyster sauce, was said that they did not do that then another woman said they do when I got it home it was certainly not oyster sauce and was tasteless than diocese. I'm done with this place.

The service is very poor. They only take cash and also don 't give you a receipt. When I gave my order, the person disappeared and never saw them again. Not even a ok that 's done . Just disappeared. When you enter the restaurant they show you...a table and disappear, no menu nothing. Later we find out we have to go to the cashier to order. They don 't hand out menus too, you have to take a copy from a pile of dirty used laminated menus in the corner which is against guidelines as it 's very unhygienic. The food tasted very poor. Extremely bland. The noodles didn 't have a taste. As we had too much food we asked for a box to pack some food away. To my astonishment I was told I have to pay £2...

"Me and my flatmates went to Naifs to celebrate one of our own's MA degree with a nice meal, and we are so glad that we did. Anne and the team were incredibly personable and friendly, which really stood out to us. As somebody who has worked many years in hospitality, one can tell that there is clearly a very tight-knit team at work here who does what they do out of and with love. We really enjoyed the concluding chat with the kitchen team about the amazingly delicious olive oil they served us with the bread it comes straight from the chef's uncle's olive plantation! The atmosphere was really lovely as well, and a lot of thought clearly went into it: there were lots of candles, soft light, beautiful serving plates. We found the decor very tasteful in general: the restaurant has a cozy, but elevated bistro feel to it which makes it the perfect place for a broad variety of occasions. We had the set menu, which at 27 GBP came at very good value. The menu really demonstrated just how colorful vegan and vegetarian spreads can be: the colors on the table alone were such a delight to behold! Needless to say it also all tasted amazing. We particularly liked the mushrooms in lemony broth, the dhal and the aubergine stew. Every dish had a creative spin on it that made it into something we had never tasted in that way before. The wine that was recommended to us was very nice as well. We finished our meal with a selection of British cheeses, which was very well put together. Naifs focuses on seasonal and regional ingedrients, which is another factor that really convinced us, and which is something that more restaurants should focus on. Whether you're a veggie or not: if you want to dine at an all around truly special place, you need to try Naifs. Keep up the awesome work, guys we will be back very, very soon."

"my friend and I went to capitulate for dinner to celebrate his birthday, as was capitula, we thought the only decent restaurant in blackheath. all the others seem to be pushing down quickly. we have been in the past often in the capitulas, and the food and services were good we had no appetizers and ordered only one main meal (black foam and black bell), because we were not huge hungry because we were eating a lot of birthday cakes earlier! we had a glass of wine and were offered a piece of bread. 35 minutes later we waited for our food. in this time no one came to ask if we were in order or offer us more drinks. I asked the manager if our food was ready. he said it would be 5 minutes without a statement of delay then disappeared 10 minutes later there was no sign of food or manager. That is why we decided to go because we lost interest in eating. we have to go and the manager came by. he told us the delay was due to a big party in the ground floor. this was not the case, there was a group of 8 people who had finished their meal for a long time. we were there earlier when it was much more business and the service was not so bad. while we waited, we saw a customer who had finished their meal, slipped £20 into the manager hand when he left. Perhaps the workers need bribe to provide good services? it is such a scandal, but another blackheath restaurant has become complicit and believes that it with the treatment of its customers without respect. I will vote for one with my feet and will not eat again in this restaurant. I will also leave everyone I don't know to go there"
