Visited Taj Brasserie on a Friday night. The staff and service were excellent. The food was also extremely tasty. Each dish had it’s own mix of flavours. I would definitely recommend. This is a very comfortable restaurant with delicious food served in a timely manner. It could have been warmer, but we were a large group. The chutney tray was excellent, featuring a nice variety of dips. The restaurant is well-decorated, with appealing bench seating. The staff was very attentive. I would recommend the onion bhaji. The best Indian restaurant in the area! The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are generous. If you can't finish your meal, they'll gladly pack it up for you. The quality of both the food and service is outstanding. While it is pricier than other Indian restaurants, you really get what you pay for, and the higher cost is worth it for the exceptional quality. Ver carta

We have wanted to try this place for so long.. 2 years long!! But because of dieting, we havent, but, we decided to be a bit naughty and just go.. Best Indian restaurant we've been to. The place itself is beautiful, the staff are polite, friendly, can't do enough for you, then, there's the food.. OMG.. I was hesitant to write a review, but I feel I must share my experience. Unfortunately, the food I received was cold, and the chicken was both dry and lacking in flavor. The sauce was excessively oily, reminiscent of unhealthy options associated with heart disease. The pakora resembled an over-fried chicken nugget, featuring a thick batter that barely concealed tiny pieces of dry chicken. Additionally, the Peshawari naan was bland and had a rubbery texture. In hindsight, I could have boiled some chicken at home, slapped it with a paper towel, and tossed it in coriander for a more enjoyable meal!
