"We ate here 2 nights in a row!We had the Saag which was heavenly, the lamb keema was a favorite dish too, along with the Chicken biryani! We had other dishes too that were of a high standard also. The naan breads were lovely and I was with 4 Sikh lads from Leicester and they thought the quality was excellent too.Yes the place is nothing to look at from inside or out, but its all about the food quality. Normally Indian food in France is too aromatic and like Korma from previous experiences, but the food here was excellent, just ask the chefs to spice it up and it will still come out like a medium. If your missing Indian food from England. Go here!"

I have been to Tanddori a few times. They serve some really good spicy Indian style kebabs and rice. Nans are great too.

very nice team, super naans and very good specialties (copiers!). For a quick and late dinner, or a naan-to-cheese craving, it's perfect!

It was the first time I eat Indian food. The restaurant is a bit small and in a very narrow street but worth the time. The prices are reasonable and the food was good.

a typical Indian snack with old tables but the naan cheese sandwiches are excellent, a spicy curry chicken to Indian, to redo, it's cheap, it's fast and much better than a kebab vulgar!

vegetarian but it is almost obvious for an Indian restaurant. the vegetarian sandwich with a cheese nan was succulent and very copied. tables and chairs inindian (large furniture, solid) and Indian videos has wanted.

The place doesn't pay a mine! but the dwarf sandwiches are tasty! Similarly, the dishes are very copied and the seasoning is successful! We do not go for the romantic or very neat side of the presentations but the welcome is warm and we eat great for a good value for money!

we don't know all the tandooris in lyon, but among those tested, this one is largely the best! for 4.5€ you have a tandoori chicken or beuf or vegetarian (guest of vegetables) with several different sauces in a natural naan or cheese (counting for a supplement.) the meats are very good, and the cake is also a delight: for the big eaters, it is possible to order for 2.5€ a naan (scabet so) cheese (genre cow who laughs tartinée ! In short, fast service, opening on Fridays and Saturday very late (already eaten at two o'clock in the past morning), tandooris excellent! very few seating places inside!

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
