"I only had a time for my daughter 18th birthday. they had decorated the table and even gave her a traditional Japanese gift when we left perfectly! we had the tasting menu and could not evaluate it high enough from the miso suppe to the wagyu bark."

"This charming little Italian restaurant offers delicious pizzas, calzones, and a variety of other dishes. We visited on a bustling Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The pizza toppings were unique and I highly recommend trying the Pizza do Putecaro for a flavorful treat. There are also plenty of gluten-free options available. "We have been here a few times, the food is lovely, although the menu seemed rather limited. The service was out of sorts this visit. We didn't like sitting on the long bench seat on the far wall, we were sandwiched between a family whose children were a pain and the father was virtually sat on my lap and a table of 8, they were extremely loud, so we could not hear each other speak."

"Unfortunately the Cow and Apple Dorchester was not up to the same standard as the one in Yeovil. Service was good but the milkshakes were not thick and quite watery. My burger had lots of tiny bits of bone in it which was very off putting. They also didn’t seem to have our booking and were surprised when I said we’d booked a table. Luckily they were almost empty so no problem getting a table!"

"I was excited to go back to La Caverna with some friends, but was disappointed to find out that you have to order in advance, which is not my preference. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, our expectations quickly diminished. The greeting we received, "I'm busy dealing with this customer," was not very welcoming, and the rest of the evening continued to be frustrating with poor service. It took 40 minutes for our first round of drinks to arrive, and our starters were okay, but our mains were brought out before we were ready and some of our guests were missing from the table. We were not offered dessert or coffee, and when we ordered more drinks, they never arrived. It took over 30 minutes to get the bill, and when I asked for my remaining pizza to be boxed up, it took another 20 minutes to find a box, even though they do takeaway pizza. The staff member was rude and sarcastic when we went to pay, and made a snide comment about splitting the bill, even though there were only 5 of us. When he asked if we were leaving a tip, I firmly responded with a 'no' in front of my friends. Later that evening, I got sick and ended up vomiting everything I had eaten at the restaurant. I will not be returning to this establishment, as the poor treatment and service we received was unacceptable. I chose to spend my money here, and was disappointed with how we were treated as a group."
