"Spent a wonderful Saturday evening at Myra's. This was our first visit to a Japanese restaurant in 35 years and it led me to ask why we had left it so long. We decided to have the tasting menu and were delighted. The food is delicious- Myra delivers fantastic flavours dish after dish, and this is backed up by wonderful service from her son and husband. It feels like a true family event and you can see the care reflected in everything they do. Myra's is at the upper price bracket so don't expect a budget night out- but it is worth every penny."

"Well what a find we went to an indian but jammed in a corner load horrible so we left, on are walk to find some where else we spotted this places, we walked in and met with a smile shown a table, everything was nice and timed to perfection, we ordered a starter for 2 amazing flavours, my miss ordered the best burger she's ever tasted in a amazing rustic bun with side salad, I had a goat cheese pizza which was amazing the food was fresh we didn't feel uncomfortably stuffed we were happy with the price as the hole package was fantastic and we left smiling so thank you for the great expireance and food. "Have stayed here on a number of occasions over a few years. The food and level of customer care are outstanding and has never faltered in my experience. Chef cooks seasonally from local ingredients which are very well sourced, he is extremely creative and dishes not only taste delicious but look amazing aswell. The front of house staff are extremely friendly and attentive, all in all the experience leaves me feeling extremely well looked after. Can't wait to visit again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5"

"The food was as always outstanding. The service was slow, however I will say this wasn’t necessarily the fault of the restaurant as it was far busier than it usually is because it is participating in the eat out scheme. This obviously had a knock on effect on how quickly the staff are able to serve. The food was all piping hot and fresh so ultimately it was worth the wait. I will say the soft drinks are disappointing though as the Diet Coke is clearly out of a bottle as it is flat and warm when you receive it and the ice added melts so quickly that it adds nothing but water to the drink and given the prices I feel they could do better in the area even if it was just serving canned drinks at least they would be fizzy"

"Great looking food place with great cider selection.Rhubarb was my favourite.We celebrated my daughters 16th birthday with a selection of starters which were all delicious.Then all had different burgers and fries which were truly scrumptious.The taste of the beef from the burgers was proper lush.Staff were brilliant.Over all extremely lovely.We will be returning customers and highly recommend to friends and family"
