"We came to Rome for a four-day-trip. Of all the osterias, trattorias and restaurantes we have been, they were all very good in their own right. Of all the places we could have gone for our last dinner at Rome on this trip, we had to pick this place. I know, can’t be lucky all the time. The dishes were garnished with unseasoned arugula and dry carrot bits, very amateur. The worst dish we ordered was the fried shrimp and squid. The fried squid tasted like funnel cake without the sugar. Another low point was an appetizer named “octopus on grilled bread.” The octopus wasn’t bad, but the “grill bread” was drenched in the sauce from octopus. What I had in mind was grilled crispy crostini. And what we got was soggy bread under the octopus. I’d stay away from this place."
