"This is a fairly new restaurant in a brand new or completely renovated building, and it shows. Presents magnificently both inside and out. Great outdoor seating as well but in January this was not really an option. As non-smokers we were happy to find not...a hint of smoke inside, and there might not be a smoking area. My wife and I went for dinner on a weeknight. It was a special occasion so I had made reservations, but the dining room was fairly quiet. We ordered from both the weekly changing and the standing menus. For appetizer, I had a fried goat cheese with a dressed salad and marinated figs. Fried goat cheese salad is one of my favorite starters generally, and this did not disappoint in any way. Very well made and the figs were really delicious. Great start. My wife had octopus carpaccio, which she was similarly very happy with. From my end of the table, I was impressed with the generous amount of octopus on her plate. For main, I had sole with rosemary potatoes and vegetables. The fish and sides were perfectly cooked and the combination of vegetables was well thought out as it had a lot of flavor and texture. Very nice. My wife had duck ragout with gnocchi. Well made and tasty, but we both felt the food lacked a wow factor. It was really, really well made, clearly fresh, and nicely presented but at the end of the night it was sort of forgettable. I am looking forward to trying more dishes to see if it was just bad selections on our part. The wine list is very nice, seeming to aim for well-selected quality rather than a laundry list of different varietals. I drank a veltliner that the server recommended and it was excellent. Room for improvement: they did not have any kinds of dessert wines. While looking over their menu, we had their signature aperitif, in principle a jazzed-up Aperol Spritz, which was very nice. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left. The best service I have had in the 10 months I have lived in Vienna, without a doubt."

an incredibly beautiful restaurant, a wonderful garden. the waitress was very professional. but the most important thing that was eating was perfect. we had a bottle of wine, bark meat, two main dishes, and one dessert for about 90, which is a great price for...this kind restaurant in Wien. we are coming back

they didn't know that the place was there, but went there for a friend's birthday party and was pleasantly surprised. beautiful looking venue, perfect for celebrating, friendly staff, beautiful attractions and beautiful eating. the personal has even provided us with a few take-off boxes to the...left via buffet food in. it was amazing!

One of our absolute favorite places. They have excellent food (fish, pasta) - not the typical Pizza place, one might expect. For 2 adults and a kid we paid EUR 60 - fair for the quality, but there are places close by, where you can eat for half the price. Service is friendly, with the typical Viennese grain of bossiness. We'll definitely become regulars.

the seat area in the free is really very special. old olive trees, lemon trees and much green give a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere. many vegan options! we had a large salad, a pine and a pasta dish plus chilled cocos milk rice dessert. some drinks are also with the label bm vegan, but they could not tell us about the wee. updated by previous review on 2021-06-09

I have recently organized a engagement party with my engaged in this restaurant and we could not have been satisfied with the whole process. the coordination of the event was a brise. the whole party went on without a clinke. the whole staff treated us like family. was perfectly cooked and the drink selection was perfect. everyone who visited us gave us glowing feedback about how much they enjoyed this place and how surprised they were that we found this jewel. I would highly recommend any event to take place here. we will be absolutely back here and make future events. thanks to the family terra rossa!
