トリュフのオンパレードの様なディナーでした。先ずは、カリフラワーのスープ。前菜はパティのトリュフのせ。ビーフのカルパッチョにも贅沢にトリュフのせ。極め付けは大きめのエビにトリュフ入りリゾット。全て美味しく頂きました。Merci ‼︎

L'accueil, le service et les mets: tout a été parfait pour une soirée à deux à 2 pas de la Madeleine. C'est un restaurant à recommander sans hésitation. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Restaurant conseillé, même pour ce qui ne sont pas adeptes, la truffe est toujours bien dosée pour rendre le plat très fin.Les plats sont très bon, je dirais qu'il y a juste l'ambiance qui est un peu trop austère, mais sinon c'est une bonne adresse.

We dined here on a menu with a number of courses of truffle, including truffle caramel in the dessert. It was quite enjoyable but by the end of the meal, we were quite truffled out and had pieces of truffle left on the plate. However, we are glad we went and would recommend the restaurant to those who like truffles.

Небольшой ресторанчик, где трюфель в каждом блюде. В выходные мы не смогли попасть, так как была полная запить, но в будни мы ели в полном одиночестве. Есть меню по 55 и 69 евро из закуски, основного блюда и десерта и конечно а-ля карт. Вина начинаются от 39, но лучше присмотритесь к Шатонеф дю пап или шато марго. Возможно здесь не будет экспериментов, но то что вы получите, будет приготовлено идеально

Bonjour,Je suis allé dans ce restaurant afin de poursuivre ma découverte des truffes. Le menu proposé est copieux, les plats corrects mais l'ajout de la truffe blanche n'apporte pas l'explosion sensorielle attendu, elle n'a pas de goût. Mention spéciale au tartare, au brie et au baba au rhum. Au delà de cela, le prix du vin est exorbitant (plus de 45€) et l'ambiance dans le restaurant est morose : peu chaleureuse, sans sourire...

Un accueil aimable dans un cadre cosi.Malheureusement, 2 fausses notes au cours du repas :1 vin dont l'année ne correspond pas à la carte (plus vieux d'une année sur la carte) et la patronne répond que ce vin est le même d'une année à l'autre !! Elle ne connaît manifestement rien au vin et ne propose pas de diminuer le prix !!Le foie gras en entrée est bon, mais un bout de plastique a été oublié autour du morceau !! We ate at Le Ferme Saint Hubert about 19 years ago. It was fabulous, and so on this trip when we realized that it was near the museums we would be visiting, we thought let 's go again. We could not find it because about 15 years ago it went out of business. When we finally found the address 21 rue Vignon, and saw the HUGE truffles in the window, we thought ok, lets give this a try! We were there for lunch, and there were very few others. The service was fantastic and the meal was perfect on every level! I am very fond of truffles so I sought out this truffle specialty restaurant. I made a reservation on thefork for when they opened at noon but it was not necessary on a Tuesday. Food was excellent, 5/5, a truffle amuse bouche with tuna, then a rich truffle cream sauce pasta decadence, followed by a strawberry cream truffle caramel dessert with real whipping cream. Wine list was limited, only two reds by the glass, they were out of one, the other was yesterday’s leftovers and tasted accordingly so I nayed it and got a 375cc bottle of St Emilion as an alternative.
