"We stopped by for a meal before heading to the cinema and had made a reservation through an agency, but unfortunately, Chiquitos hadn't received the notification (a downside for Open Table). However, the hostess at Chiquitos was absolutely delightful and quickly arranged a table for us without any hassle. She made us feel very welcome, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, and we experienced no delays, making it easy to enjoy our meal before the movie. I would definitely recommend it for a pre- or post-cinema outing. It had a lively atmosphere that seemed perfect for dining with friends. We'll definitely be back!"

I was invited to have a meal before heading to the cinema and made a reservation through an agency. Unfortunately, it wasn't registered with Chiquito when we arrived, which shows a flaw in the OpenTable system. However, the "Eat and Greet" host at Chiquito was incredibly charming and quickly arranged a table for us without any hassle. She made us feel very welcome, and the rest of the staff was attentive and friendly. There were no delays, and we had everything sorted out in plenty of time for the movie. I would definitely recommend it for a pre- or post-cinema meal. The atmosphere is lively and perfect for dining with friends. I will certainly return!

"If you're planning a visit to Bristol for a short getaway, business trip, or if you're considering relocating, this restaurant is a must-visit! The atmosphere is great, with fantastic rustic decor. The food is amazing, bursting with flavor. This is not your typical British curry house, but rather a place that serves Indian street food, offering authenticity to your meal. We tried a sharing platter, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious and not overly spicy. For mains, I enjoyed the butter chicken from Delhi while my partner had the Goan fish, both of which were fantastic and full of flavor. The fish literally melted in our mouths. The naan bread was not the usual stodgy half loaf, but a thin cheese and chili naan, which left us feeling satisfied but not uncomfortable or too full. The service was excellent, despite it being a busy Friday night. We recommend booking a table in advance, which was easy to do through their website. There is plenty of seating inside, with additional outside seating, perfect for summer evenings. If we ever find ourselves in Bristol again, we will definitely return to this restaurant."

"booked here for dinner and we sat upstairs. we asked how many beak plates we should order and 3-4 per person was the advice, we have ordered 3 plus zatar brot each. everything tasted amazing, but the tabouleh and iceless kookoo and the brokkoli were absolutely hanging out for me. the brot was also delicious. 3 records were for us definitiw enough. we had also mocktails that were nice. the staff was nice, especially when I killed my glass and broke it. oh, my God!"

"got here! no warning. best food! booked a table of a recommendation from a friend, mistakenly appeared early, the host greeted us and sat us as soon as possible, really inviting. we asked for additional starters and they were happy to make the adjustment, and I don't even think they added it to our final bill. eating came in good time and was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. I loved the wobblebhaji. we had free poppadome 4 different sauces and a dessert to share. this is by far the best service I have ever received and I personally was not a fan of Indian cuisine before I came to visit here, I am rebuilt! will definitely return. the whole food is beautifully presented, tastes exquisite and the team are so beautiful, polite and have a little laugh with them!"

"Fab service, AMAZING food. We were tempted by (and asked for) one of everything, but our supremely sane and personable server guided us to the best, freshest dishes, and none of them disappointed. "Visited here in Sept 23 for an executive dinner that we were hosting for various senior business leaders. We booked out the whole venue, which was the perfect size and atmosphere for the intimate and exclusive feel that we wanted, plus a convenient location. The TV that shows into the kitchen was fascinating, and the record player was put to use towards the end of the evening! Caroline from the venue helped us organise the event in advance and was great to deal with. We were fortunate with the weather so were able to enjoy a welcome drinks reception out the front of the venue, and have the door open all evening to let the balmy night in. We had the 7 course taster menu and it was simply OUTSTANDING so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was, particularly the beef steak course! It was so tasty that I even enjoyed the fish dish (not usual for me! . Service on the night was exemplary, the courses were brought out at just the right intervals so you weren't waiting ages but also not being rushed. The chef came out to greet us after the final course, which was a lovely touch and meant we could thank him. Overall, we had really great feedback from our guests, everyone loved it thank you for making our event such a success! We would definitely book again, and I know a few of our guests have already recommended it to their own companies for executive dinners! Would not hesitate to recommend."
