Rude staff, refused our entry despite us having a booking- claimed the restaurant was fully book even though it was almost empty

Great place to have a great dinner with the family , our server Mo was excellent and looked after us very well , loved the 2 for 1 cocktails , my brother was disappointed that there’s no draft beer but we loved the food and the service thank you Mo. Ver carta

had a lovely experience at this TGI Fridays store. Marc was our server and he was brilliant. Made sure that everything was okay with our meal. Ran our drinks promptly and made sure that we were both satisfied. Would definitely recommend coming to this store!!!

Great time here. Nazifa B was an awesome server. She deserves a raise for having to work in such a busy environment while still managing to provide great service. The 5 stars here are for her. The food was OK, but I didn’t expect it to be amazing due to the busy location. I understand they gotta pump it out as quick as possible. Overall, a great experience due to Nazifa B. Keep shining!!!

Poor service. Waited nearly 15 mins to be seated, even with a booking. I have a sesame allergy and thought I was given their allergy information, it still wasn’t clear what I might safely order. For example they cook their sesame chicken on the same oil as that without sesame no where does it say that on the menu or in the allergy list!! Then I was told by the manager that they don’t really cater for allergies!!!!!!! We waited almost 45 minutes for our food and we were aware that other diners were in the same situation. Avoid! Worst restaurant experience ever. Sat at a table by the door so was freezing even though the restaurant was half empty. Terrible service, took 20 minutes for someone to take our order and half way through our order starting bitching with another member of staff. Starters turned up cold, mains turned up while we were eating starters. No one came back to table after so had 1 drink the whole night and had to search for a staff member to pay the bill. Asked several times for cutlery and ended up using our fingers as food was getting colder. Staff were rude and miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there! Food was ridiculously overpriced. Nearly £170 for 4 people with 1 drink!

There was a large group with 2 kids and 4 adults near the bar whose booking was for 5:00 p.m. They were still waiting for their table, which was partially cleared but still dirty with food on it. They decided to leave, and by this point it was 5:35 p.m. and we still had not been seated or spoken to by a host. When I tried to talk to a staff member at the host station, she signaled for me to wait without making eye contact. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I told my wife that we should leave and find somewhere else to eat. I have never had such a disappointing dining experience. I wrote a review of this restaurant on their website and received no response. I want to share my feedback publicly so others don't waste their money. I booked a lunch for my son's 9th birthday before going on the O2 climb. We made it clear it was his birthday when we arrived, but none of the staff acknowledged it or made any effort. The service was consistently poor, with uninterested staff. We had to chase several times to place our order, and then had to wait for our server. The wings were cold in the center and had to be sent back. All the food was at best lukewarm.
