"My husband and I visited this restaurant with our daughter last week after watching a movie. We waited outside for over 10 minutes, but no one came to give us a menu or show us to our table. I finally went inside to find a staff member, but the waiter I found told me he was not on the front and left. After a few more minutes, a woman came and asked what was wrong. I explained that we had been waiting for over 15 minutes. We finally got seated after waiting in the queue, but no one came to take our drink order for another 10 minutes. We decided to leave as it didn't seem like we would be served anytime soon, and we never saw any waitresses during our time there. It was a disappointing experience that ruined what was supposed to be a happy day for us."

Had a great time at tgi watford north. £5 cocktails was a great touch. Staff were amazing. Food was banging as alway can’t wait to come back for more cocktails.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Agata, our server, provided excellent service, was very attentive, and asked if we wanted anything else. The food was also delicious.

The service was terrible. Despite having at least 5 staff members walk past our table multiple times, the entire area, including the three tables around us, was dirty. No one bothered to clean up or clear our plates until we finally had to ask them.

Overall a pleasant evening. Service for everyone appeared to be a little slow from the kitchen on this particular night (they were short staffed), but we were told about it when we were seated and we were not in a rush. As usual the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was nice. Our server was nice and polite.

We decided to return to this store after having a somewhat disappointing experience in the past, I can happily say that this visit has redeemed the prior and me and my family felt welcomed, tended to with every need and the food was outstanding. Our server was Connor, who I'd learnt was a new waiter in the team and I'll be making sure on our next visit he will serve us again.
