We had dined at this restaurant before and had a good experience, but our recent visit was disappointing. The food was greasy and lacked flavor. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, we were not offered any desserts. Our table was dirty and had not been wiped down. We do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

The beef curry is nice with the jasemine rice also the battered prawns and squid super crispy and nice. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant for dinner. The price per person ranged from £30 to £40, but the quality of the food made it well worth it. Both the food and service were excellent, receiving a rating of 5. The atmosphere was also enjoyable, receiving a rating of 4. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

We booked a table for 4 over the phone. I was ordering food for kids explaining my child’s allergy while ordering it. The manager who was taking the order was reluctant to even listen to what I was explaining and kept on saying next, next to which I paused even when she continued to say next for 3 times and then telling me off how busy they were. Absolutely shocked to the rudeness although I would have given her a benefit of doubt thinking she could have had a long day or bad day. Her repeated cultural ignorance that seemed purposeful could not be waved. I am not returning to her restaurant again, never. When I asked for someone I could speak to, she mentioned she was the “highest level” and...

Me and my family used to love Thai Lemon. It is one of our favourite local restaurants. We would visit at least 1-2 x a month. The previous owners were amazing and always offered a great service with their food and hospitality. The owners have changed and we visited once a few months back and did not meet our expectations. We decided to give them another chance today and can safely and sadly say will NEVER be visiting Thai Lemon again. Unfortunately the food is just not worth eating out. Maybe we are just so used to the amazing food we used to have by the previous owners but this just does not compare all.
