"I've given 4* as the food was delicious. Some lovely unusual dishes on the menu. What let the place down was the atmosphere (more to follow on that) and the restaurant needed a bit of TLC as was looking a bit tired. Looking around noticed it needed redecorating. The service was friendly but slow, a number of diners got up asked the waitress for more drinks or when their food would be ready which affected the atmosphere. We had to wait between 30 and 45 mins for our food which we was ok by us but not for others. The main reason we found out was due to number of takeaways/deliveries being ordered and accepted. I understand that they do not want to turn away business but there has to be a balance towards looking after your in house diners and give them priority especially if only having one chef. Surely, the take out orders could be given a later delivery time. Would I go back, not in a hurry, would I order a takeaway certainly for the food."

We had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant, with excellent service. The stir-fried mixed vegetables was a standout dish for me, as well as my favorite wine!

this is my first time to publish an evaluation, and I must say that thai orchid offers some of the best Thai food I have ever tasted. the most important highlight of my evening yesterday was the green curry. wow, which aromen! they will definitely see me at thai orchid. Ver carta

Went for a nice Saturday night meal and waited an hour and 20 minutes for food. No communication as to the waiting time or anyone coming over to ask if we needed anything or to top up drinks. Service was awful. Will not return Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and provide fast service. The food was delicious, with the chicken green curry standing out in particular. For vegetarians, there are a variety of nice options available. However, parking can be challenging on Saturday nights. Overall, a great spot for a dine-in dinner with prices ranging from £1-£10 per person.
