A good menu and tasty food. Slow service on this occasion.

Great little restaurant with polite friendly staff, great service and amazing food

I arrived at 7.30 and all the tables were full. They could not even locate my booking. Will not book again.

I have been to other Thai Square branches and was not impressed with this one as much as others. Food was OK but staff were unhelpful, boarding on rude in their interactions and I wouldn't go back there.

Staff were friendly, service was good but restaurant advertises a early bird menu until 7pm, 2 course for £22. Sat down at 5:45, was only offered the normal menu. I asked for the early bird menu was given it, but I noticed no other diners was offered it. Shouldn’t put a deal on if you don’t actually want people to use it. Food was ok.

Shocking branch of Thai Square and you can tell that there isn't any effort that goes into the food, surroundings or service. It's purely catering for fast turnover due it being a tourist environment. Disappointed to have gone to this branch having received much better food and service at other branches, i.e. Trafalgar Square. Sorry but we won't ever visit this branch again unless every other restaurant has be bombed.

Unattentive waiters and a nasty horrible manager. Main meal was watery and bland but couldn't even get anyone's attention to rectify the dish. Manager threw our plates on the table and tutted that we didn't order any drinks. When we asked for the set menu we were given dirty looks and a sigh and the restaurant itself is extremely small and the walls are splattered with spots and grime. Really disappointed with this branch because the Windsor Thai Square is amazing.

This was our first time here, the evening of 19th September. I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed it, you know it’s going to be good when the majority of the customers were South East Asian. The staff were excellent as was the food, no undue delay in the service either. On the basis of this visit I would recommend it. One observation, and this is not a complaint, this restaurant only has one toilet for everyone. On a busy session this could be a real issue, but apart from that, loved it.

There was some confusion about our reservation when we arrived. After we were seated, a single woman arrived and was seated next to us—she was eating an ice cream cone and continued eating it next to us. It was weird and off-putting. When her entree arrived she ate it with her face down into the bowl, shoveling it into her mouth. Then a couple seated on the other side of us got up and walked out of the restaurant immediately after one of them took one bite of the one entree they had ordered. It was weird behavior. Obviously the restaurant has no control over the strange behavior of its patrons but the experience left me feeling quite unsatisfied. I also witnessed a waitress sneeze onto a men...
