Prices are lower than most pubs for premium lager. Young woman, Casie, tending the bar was a delight. Landlord helpful. Woodburner was lit giving warm atmosphere. Always a great place for either a nice family meal or just a quick drink. They have a restaurant and bar with juke box and pool table with a beer garden it is a good all rounder pub Ver carta

Took the family to this restaurant for Sunday lunch and was not disappointed. The meal was of a high standard and very generous. Staff are welcoming and very pleasant look forward to returning.

Inflation aside this place has gone pretty expensive especially considering it's Caerphilly, not Cardiff Bay! £17 for a chicken burger (festive) that's not even real chicken, just processed chicken (supermarket job basically).
