We came as a 3 generation family for Sunday carvery. We will be back! The food was lovely, lots of choices and plenty of it. A couple of surprise extra items! Great staff and service in a lovely setting at a reasonable price. No negatives at all.

I had a fantastic night for my surprise 30th birthday party at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and the entire weekend was truly amazing. I chose the Apple Tree for a celebratory birthday Sunday lunch with my family. What a fabulous choice! From the moment our party of 12 walked in, until the time we left we were looked after really well. The food was amazing and the service friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone. I can understand why you are always fully booked! Great food and service at very reasonable cost.

After driving home for 5 hours we decided to pop to The Apple Tree for a take away for dinner. They had curry ok as specials and happily did them as a take away. The chicken Madras was absolutely the best I have ever had, beautiful flavours mixed with spice and a creeping heat. If you haven’t visited this wonderful family run restaurant then I wholeheartedly recommend that you do. A wonderfully welcoming atmosphere and the most beautiful food. Thank you so much guys.

This morning, my swimming group and I visited Apple Tree for a group Christmas breakfast. We often swim in the lake and decided it would be a nice treat. We were pleasantly surprised with the numerous breakfast options available, making it easy for even picky eaters like myself to find something they enjoy. The food was delicious, not greasy at all, and well worth the £5.95 I paid. It was a special treat to have fried bread for the first time in years! The staff were friendly and efficient, the service was quick, and the view of the lake was lovely. I would highly recommend Apple Tree and plan to return, maybe for the Sunday roast next time.
