"I came for the sunday roast and i asked to be sat by the fire. I ordered my food and paid for it at 14.02 it didnt arrive until 14.50 but what ruined it is a female member of staff asked me to move tables because the table was reserved at 3pm i told her about the delay and said that i didnt want to move she told me that i either needed to move or hurry up eating my dinner!!!! Absolutely horrified!!! I did hurry and left the table before 3pm so hence walking home i threw up my meal!! I did complain to the deputy manager and pointed out the rude member of staff that spoiled my meal and she was giving me the worst look from across the bar!!!! This is disgusting behaviour from a member of staff when the delay was not my responsibility but the restaurants. You need to uplevel your staff or teach them how to treat paying customers!!!!!!! This is unacceptable behaviour."

super cozy, beautiful, excellent eating. friendly staff. feels very safe during the times of covidence, as the rooms are large and the tables are set up in a proper distance.

Next to Walton on Thames train station. Crowded and many options on the menu. Steak and hamburger are really yummy. I didn't like cocktails though. They served mojito without mint leaves for instance. Ver carta

The pub serves excellent quality comfort food and has a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options available on the menu. It's conveniently located right across from the railway station, making it a great stop during your travels. I highly recommend it!

The restaurant follows excellent COVID safety measures, with well-spaced seating and sanitation stations throughout the pub. They participate in the 'Eat Out to Help Out' program. The staff is very friendly and attentive to social distancing guidelines. If it were 'normal' times, I would recommend this place for a casual evening out.
