Very busy. Long wait. But understandably, given the figures. The food was nice. But carrots were a little cooked.

Our waiter Jack was friendly and professional, always ensuring we were happy with the meal and the service. The food was delicious and well presented.

The restaurant was very crowded and there was a long wait, but it was understandable due to the amount of people. The food was delicious overall, but the carrots were slightly undercooked.

The restaurant had a charming atmosphere and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the lamb shank my husband and I ordered was inedible. The rest of our Sunday dinner was flavorful, although it was served a bit cold. It was disappointing to have high expectations for a Sunday dinner, only to feel like we could have cooked better ourselves. Unfortunately, we will not be recommending this restaurant.

The Badger has become a regular for us. The food is very good and excellent value, and the beers and wines suit us very much. Always a good selection of real ales. On this occasion the service was not brilliant. Had to keep going to the bar to order drinks and we had an unusually long wait for the food despite the fact that it wasn't a busy evening. The barman was obviously being called to other duties and not always there. Short staffed? Ver carta
