The food was outstanding, we've eaten there before and it didn't disappoint. The service however was outstanding. Sadly I didn't know the waiters name but he was fabulous.

We are a family of 4 with 2 children under 7 years old. We went for Sunday lunch on Farther's Day, we had 2 courses which included the meat boards which were amazing plus we each had a pudding which was also amazing. We will be back soon.

Been to the old bank before and had a fab meal, however this time the food was terrible from starter to pudding. The staff did resolve the problem by not charging for any of the food to be fair however I would not recommend this restaurant

This place is fabulous! I come here at least every Sunday as they have the best roast in Swindon. Also great at the weekend for grazing and cocktails and then on to the upper floors into the night. Staff are also fabulous, especially Doug who always goes above and beyond providing the best service!

Shocking experience! No social distancing, staff with masks round their chins, took an age to get served, drinks orders wrong, food took cold/tepid, items missing and tapas size selection tiny. Staff didn’t have a clue.. not their fault. Would never return and star is...generous. Spend your money elsewhere.

A lovely meal which my Mum enjoyed for her birthday. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, it was just very noisy as there was a party of people at the downstairs bar (to watch the football? which may have been better if they were in the upstairs area away from the people who just wanted a quiet meal.

Came here for a meal with friends for a post lockdown treat. Took our table, pretty quiet and then it slowly filled up. Every table filled with less than metre between tables. We couldn’t even move to another table because we were uncomfortable because...every table was full. Packed in like sardines, no distancing in place. Food was average.

The Old Bank was my very first meal upon arriving in Swindon for business. It is a lovely building with great ambiance and very professional and attentive staff. I had the pork terrine starter which was delicious followed by the tuna entree which was cooked perfectly and served over a bed of vegetables. Amazing flavors, definitely a lovely dining experience.

We went to celebrate completing the 2016 moonwalk that morning. The food was amazing and it was nice that the chef came out and had a chat gave it more of a personal feel. The staff were very pleasent and friendly. My only critisicism was that we booked a 3.30pm table as we were not sure what we time we would be back from London and felt towards the end we had to rush our cocktail because the bill was bought out as they were closing and she said next time it would be better if we came earlier-we normally would have it was just because we couldn't guarantee getting back from London by a set time-might be an idea to let people know if they take this booking in future.
