I went to this restaurant for afternoon tea and it was beautifully presented and very delicious. The location gets a perfect score of 5.

well welcome, helpful and attentive staff. afternoon tea was good, good scones, much saw, small jam, which was nice, but not enough, finger sandwiches were delicious and fresh. overall pleasant experience in quiet environment with good toilets. Ver carta

I asked if they were serving coffee. One of the staff seated us and then never bothered to come back in next 7-8 mins even to give us the menu. I would at least want to think that it is just their poor service and nothing to do with colour. Service: 1

We were disappointed with our experience at the restaurant. There was a lack of personal touch. We were served the wrong dessert - we ordered a boring flower sorbet but were given coconut sorbet, despite letting the waiter know we didn't like coconut. We had to ask for our drinks twice before they were brought over, and then they appeared on the bill twice. Our table had no tablecloth and was made up of mismatching tables pushed together. The napkins were cheap and made of thin paper. We are usually fans of this restaurant, so we were very disappointed with our visit.

This hotel offers quality accommodations and an excellent staff who create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They took care of our group of 14, providing comfortable rooms, a well-stocked bar, and a delicious three-course meal selected from a menu of dishes. The rooms were equipped with a bath and shower, as well as tea and coffee facilities with a biscuit for a final touch. The style of the hotel is reminiscent of Accor's charming MGallery brand. Located in the lovely town of Tavistock, it serves as a great base for exploring the area. Our group arrived via Okehampton Railway station, and took the convenient Rail Link bus 118 directly to the hotel. While Tavistock itself lacks a railway stat... Ver carta
