After going to the boundary for many years I can honestly say tonights fish and chips are absolutely disgusting. What a disappointment after travelling from the other side of Peterborough I wont be doing it again. For £16.20 The fish( meant to be large) was enough for a pensioner and both the fish and chips were super greasy and the batter soggy . Theres only one place for it ... The Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas was absolutely delightful, perfectly cooked with a crispy batter and accompanied by flavorful peas. I also tried the Cod and Chips, which was equally impressive. For the price, which was between £1 and £10 per person, this meal is a fantastic value. Highly recommended!

Just ordered fish and chips from this place that cost 11.40 mind and that was for the small cod. This place was supposed to have been at the fish and chips awards this year and I don’t know how. Maybe I got them on an off day or something. The chips tasted as if they had been cooked then left out then fried again no soft middle to them and were chewy. The fish was half decent but still something wasn’t right about it the batter was chewy not crispy in parts.
