"This charming cafe offers a picturesque view of the river and serves delicious cakes and coffees. However, our experience was marred by a particularly rude female staff member. Despite announcing that they were closing soon, they continued to serve tea and other items. When we tried to assist by clearing our own table, the staff member snapped at us. After only 8 minutes of sitting down, we were aggressively told to leave, even though takeout orders were still being served. As we departed, the staff member was confrontational and cheeky. This behavior towards customers was unnecessary and disappointing, especially considering the cafe's otherwise lovely ambiance."

Nice coffee shop however nothing gluten free. Such a shame when they stock 12 cakes!! So easy to resolve. Pultney bridge coffee shop please resolve this point.

The woman who works at this café is very kind, the service was quick, and it is the most charming café on the bridge. There are great choices for both food, sweets, and drinks!

Had a lovely cream tea in here with a view! Plenty of tea and a good dollop of clotted cream with the warm scone. Staff friendly and efficient and not overpriced for Bath. Would go again.

I recently tried the cream tea at this restaurant and it was delightful! The scones were soft and the clotted cream was delicious. However, there are only about 5 tables inside, so it can be a bit challenging to find a seat during busy times.

Lovely little cafe. Only a few tables downstairs, but they do takeaway as well. One of the best coffees I've had in Bath, the breakfast was delicious and the cakes definitely worth breaking your diet for. The staff are also really friendly. I would definitely come back if I visit Bath again.

What a great place to stop for coffee and snacks! Even if you don't sit by the window, you have to take a look outside at the great view of the Pulteney Weir and River Avon. There was a good selection of cakes to choose from, and the hot drinks were good. A friendly staff made the short break even more pleasant.
