Mo is a legend. A credit to the pub. He went above and beyond. Food and drinks really good too. Mooring in the pub garden for narrow boats. Well worth a trip.

The description of the dishes does not correspond to the presentation, the cook manages to ruin the simplest dishes, the chicken breast turned out to be burnt. Ver carta

I had a pleasant dining experience. The pork belly was slightly overcooked, but the crust was excellent. The service was good, and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely visit again.

Avoid this pub restaurant at all costs. It is unprofessional, cold, and overall disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and find a better dining option. Hopefully, this establishment will shut down soon.

The Britannia pub is a lovely place to spend the evening after work by the river enjoying a drink and the lovely food. Paula B the food runner was amazing and her service was second to none. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back 10/10 Ver carta

The restaurant is conveniently located by the canal, and as someone staying at the Holiday Inn on business, I preferred to opt for a pub atmosphere. Louisa Zach provided excellent service. The food served is typical pub fare, which is nothing to complain about.

Wanted to book a party of ten but was advised maximum table number was 8 we weren't able to push tables together nor could they guarantee able to sit together! So I have booked some where else in these time I wouldn't thought the would make things so hard that people don't book

Who on earth was the chefs on Saturday 29th June!!!!!! I ordered the pan fried chicken breast from the lunch menu. When it arrived it wasn’t a chicken breast it was part of a chicken breast which was so thin I could see through it! It was dry overcooked and charred on the edges! I sent it back! Then had to wait half an hour for it to be re cooked! They tried to say it was the chicken quality but I said no it was how it was cooked! Same again when it arrived, missing onions this time and again no chicken breast! I ate the potatoes and veg! Awful will not be returning! It used to be great food, don’t know what’s happened!
