Ich finde die Burger im Gegensatz zu anderen Restaurants in Zug richtig lecker! Komme gerne wieder...

Neu kann man nun nicht mehr telefonisch bestellen... das nervt, da ich oft im Auto unterwegs bin... das macht dann 200.- Umsatz weniger im Monat... mir kanns ja egal sein...nie wieder butcher!

I absolutely love this restaurant! They have quite a few vegetarian options. The food is super tasty and the staff is nice as well. As far as expensive goes, the prices are actually normal swiss standard, if not slightly cheaper than other Burger Restaurants. Ver carta

Price/performance wasn't right for me at all. The fries weren't fresh and the burger was average at best. Besides that, I found the portion to be very small. When it comes to restaurant prices instead of fast food prices, I expect everything to be fresh and of a correspondingly high quality. In my opinion, that wasn't it.

Der Burger ist innen noch roh und das ganze wird auf der Pape serviert für diesen Preis sollte ein richtiger Teller und ein anständiges Glas serviert werden.Die Pommes sind pampig und nicht heiss.Nach der netten Reklamation bekamen wir eine nette Antwort:Das ist eben ein hippes, unkonventionelles Restaurant...Nein danke hier werden wir nicht mehr essen, sind wir zuwenig hipp???

Die Burger waren lecker und hatten eine gute Grösse, auch die Fritten als Beilagen waren knusprig heiss und gut gewürzt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen kam schnell. Es gibt auch vegane und glutenfreie Alternativen. Die Preise sind für Zug o.k..Die Barhocker an den hohen Tischen sind eher hart und ungemütlich. Reservieren lohnt sich wie bei jedem Restaurant in Zug. Es kann online reserviert werden! Ver carta

It was my first time at Butchers, I really like the rustic and simple location! Fries very fine and hot! Burger was good, but not really hot or warm anymore... a bit of a shame... Staff friendly, but it's a shame that everyone speaks English right from the start : of course I speak English.. but we're still in Switzerland.. only card payment possible.. a bit difficult for me as a cash guy. But that worked too. But overall happy with the restaurant.

Da wird gleich geduzt. Das sind wir uns einfach nicht gewöhnt... darum wirkt es auch nicht passend für uns. Das Essen war gut. Aber echt in der oberen Preisklasse. 1x Nachos2x Burger mit Pommes3 x Softgetränke Total für 73.50. Ziemlich heftige Preise. Anscheinend kein Problem für den Standort ZUG. Die Bedienung war ok. Halt Schweizer freundlikeit.... Wiso muss man als Servicemitarbeiter arbeiten wenn mann null Bock hat. Das ist einfach nur Schlechte Werbung fürs Gastgewerbe. Fazit: Mittelmässig aber teuer.

I have a love/hate relationship with this restaurant. The burgers are really good, if they are properly done. Unfortunately it often happens that the staff forgets to remove your onions or your other special order, it happened that I had sauce in my vegan ordered burger, which was definitely not vegan. Overall it seems the staff is overwhelmed and not properly trained, service can be painfully slow at times. it's a pity really since I like the concept and the food is very tasty. Also book a seat in advance, it can get crazy full during lunchtime. Ver carta
