"You have to check out this pub! The chef really knows their craft. The menu features classic pub dishes with a unique twist, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious! I'm writing this review right at the table because I wanted to make sure I didn't forget to share our experience; this place fully deserves every bit of the 5-star rating we've given it. It's clearly a favorite among locals, as well as us visitors. So many pubs these days prioritize style over quality, but this cozy “traditional” pub has remained true to its roots, focusing on providing excellent service, reasonable food and drinks, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I finished my meal and wrote this review immediately, not wanting to miss the chance to give credit where it’s absolutely deserved. Kid-friendliness: It's great for kids and dogs, with both indoor and outdoor seating available."

"I had a fantastic experience dining here! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for dinner. I would definitely recommend trying the Chicken Tikka Masala, Onion Bhaji, and Chicken Pakora. The food was delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also rated 4 out of 5. With a price range of £20–30 per person, it’s well worth it for a delightful meal. Overall, a must-visit for Indian cuisine lovers!"

"This is the last time I will use this cafe! Appalling behaviour by all staff at the coffee shop! Arrogant and rude! Came for a quiet coffee only for a member of staff to sit close and shout on her loud speaker on her mobile phone placing a food order! She could have easily don’t this in the kitchen or at least at the end of the cafe where no one was sitting! Mentioned it to one of the other staff and she just shrugged her shoulders and did nothing apart from start whispering to the other members of staff about me! Before that whilst having my coffee (which was absolutely cold!! one of the other staff just came up to my table (which was dirty!! started to push chairs around me! Absolutely no manners at all!! After moving to another table due to the constant shouting from the member of staff in the phone, the other member of staff decided to start cleaning around me on the other table!! This clearly was done on purpose!! Ended up leaving, and so did a few others who were sitting around the area! Arrogance at the best!! Your staff clearly needs re-training!! Never again will I use this cafe!! Absolutely terrible customer service!!"

"This was the worst breakfast ever, £17.20 for two very small coffees and two child size breakfast, bacon was cheap, beans was a spoonful, and the rest of the breakfast was even worst. Very oily, plates had a terrible smell of dirty washing up water, you should change your washing up water every time you wash up. To be asked do you want white or brown toast, and then within seconds before the breakfast is served to say we only got brown, this should of been mentioned straight away. For staff not to ask if everything is ok, I think they no themselves that they can’t cater for breakfast, just salads. I would not recommend this place for a coffee or breakfast, and very over priced. £17.20 to be left with a fat oily taste in your mouth."

"My wife said we must visit after she had attended a charity quiz night in the cafe and was full of praise so we took a big diversion to get home from from shopping in Carmarthen....... So pleased we did!!! Warm welcome from Jo felt at home. Liked the fact there was not much of a set menu... was thinking i might create a sandwich from available fillings but after we had sampled the homemade soups i changed my mind and we all had an incredible hearty soup that was full of amazingly good things and was probably the best soup i have ever tasted! Even though it was a very generous portion i wanted it to keep going. usually the roll and butter is important to me when having soup but actually the soup was so good you did not need anything else. We then all had delicious drinks, excellent coffee with a free refill! My daughter had a fantastic hot chocolate (better than Costa, her words We could not resist some cake and it was a generous slice of carrot cake which we all agreed was amazing! There is no doubt that we will visit again whether you are passing through Cross Hands or not, pop into Caffi Theia and try something, sure you will not be disappointed. Please support Jo, she is a lovely, warm person who brightened up our day. : One more thing...... prices are very reasonable too!!!"
