Great restaurant lovely food and the staff fantastic. The problem I have is the 20% vat that they add to the bill. Plus the service charge.

Visited today for the ladies lunch. Fantastic from start to finish, Forrest gin served perfectly as we entered. Canapés were delicious As were the main and dessert, The singer was great, beautiful voice and excellent choice of music. Gilda, thank you. Service was 5*

What a welcoming place. We asked to move our booking forward by an hour and they were so helpful. Food is lrustic Italian. We had great filled pasta and lasagne. I loved the hospitality of the place with a number of different people serving and it really works. Thanks for a great evening.

Went with friends after recommendations. It’s got a great vibe and a lovely looking menu. I chose from the Christmas menu, smoked salmon with avocado and then roast porchetta which was superb. The Sicilian lemon tart that followed was a great way to finish off. All washed down with a bottle of primitivo.

We booked out the private dining room upstairs for a 60th Birthday meal. Earlier in the day we dropped off the cake and decorations. When we arrived in the evening the room was already decorated for us which was a really nice surprise! The food and the service were amazing and everything ran really smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening and the staff couldn’t do enough! We would definitely recommend The Coast, thank you for everything you all did to make the night exactly what we wanted!

Nice place and atmosphere, However my food was not good, had the chicken Sunday roast, the chicken was so dry I couldn’t cut through it, it’s never a good idea to use a chicken breast as they dry out so quickly, even my husband didn’t eat it when I offered it to him, I was expecting much better quality for the price, when the waitress enquired how the food was, I told her about the chicken and she just smiled and walked off without any comment?? I feel it is very important to give constructive feedback, so improvements can be made.

We were staying in Prestbury for a wedding so decided to make a weekend of it and celebrate our own wedding anniversary as well we booked in on Friday night. We were originally seated inside but asked to move to the semi outside area and that was no trouble for the staff they were more than happy to accommodate us. The waitress were excellent, very helpful with the menu and friendly. Olga was our main server and she was just fab... we all loved her. In our opinion all restaurant should have servers like her.
