Nice coffee, but very slow service. Waited 20mins and wasn’t that busy Asked whether I wanted smooth or bold coffee- no suggestion of difference in price…. but turned out one was more expensive- felt slightly conned

Nothing has changed. The usual dirty tables as no one clearing cups and plates away even though there were three staff behind the bar. Long wait for coffee although only 3 customers in the queue. Lacklustre staff . Management get your act together!

Dreadful! An Americano with hot milk and an orange juice...not too difficult? Americano arrived with cold milk, not a problem. Given a bottle of orange juice...asked for a glass. Handed a plastic cup with his fingers inside it...hygiene? Never again. Ver carta

We have been loyal customers Earlier had a nice tea at Stratford on Avon . Very nice! Went to Leamington for the afternoon ! Very sorry to see how dirty this place has got! Filthy seats and floors Had to walk out and went to Costa. Please do the right thing. Clean up!!

This place is awful. Nobody clears the tables. A kind lady helped out as there were no clean tables! Staff don’t know what they’re doing. No interest in good customer service.. Waiting time ridiculously long. No milk given with coffee. Dishwasher broken down so given paper cups.. might as well have gone to McDonald's..

I frequent this small, clean, family-owned restaurant regularly. The coffee here is outstanding, even in a town with plenty of competition. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded on weekends, with families bringing noisy children and filling up the space with strollers. It's much more enjoyable to visit during the week when it's less busy. Ver carta

Short staffed or lazy? I do appreciate that the staff are hardly on stellar wages but I fail to see why, yet again, at 15:30 on a Saturday, they can only offer takeaway cups rather than the real thing, especially as there are stacks of freshly washed ones in front of them. Oh well, I guess it’s time to be more adventurous coffee shop wise anyway and try independent ones.

This is a place I would not recommend. I'm not sure if it's the Coffee#1 culture or just the staff, but my experience was not good. When I placed my order, the server had to ask me multiple times what I wanted and still entered the wrong options into the system (I had to correct her twice). I ordered a coffee and a toastie, and while the coffee came quickly, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the toastie, which they had forgotten to prepare. I had to speak with a manager about the issue and encountered some attitude from the servers. No customer should have to wait that long for a pre-made toastie that just needs reheating.

Very very slow service 18 minutes to get through the queue and get drinks ordered (1400 on a weekday afternoon , staff not very attentive and certainly didn 't seem like they had any get up and go (or if it had then it had got up and left!! Wanted to change our 1year old in the baby changing place, but it was filthy. Not only did it smell but full of litter including clinical waste which should have been properly disposed of on asking this facility is cleaned twice a week according to one of the staff (tall with blue hair ! How twice a week for a disabled toilet and baby changing place is acceptable I 'll never know. Coffee cake was acceptable, but certainly let down by everything else. Not... Ver carta
